The hotel is a very nice place with a colonial style building, swimming-pool and garden, ideally located close to St François but far enough to enjoy a quiet atmosphere. Pleasant and helpful staff, comfortable bed and sparkling clean room with private balcony and sea view.

The permanent availability of a staff member during the cocktail hour to order some and enjoying it near the pool would be great.

Nothing really, shame there is no similar thing for dinner as for breakfast as there aren't any restaurants nearby so you have to drive to find them.

A superb boutique style hotel. Fabulous views of the sea and an incredible infinity pool - an awesome way to start and finish the day. Super friendly staff who really took the time to assist with trip recommendations & restaurant bookings. We can also highly recommend the breakfast - delicious! We will not hesitate to recommend your hotel to anyone we knew who is planning a trip to Guadeloupe. We wish the owners and all the staff a fantastic season - you absolutely deserve it!

The view from the hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean and well-equipped. There is even a microwave in the room. There is a pool a few meters away from the room (if you book the ground floor one). The staff is very friendly and speaks English or makes an effort to try to understand you.

Without a rental car, it's difficult to get around, but that's true for the whole island. There is no restaurant in the hotel, just breakfast, so again you will need a car.

We absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and kind. Since we arrived quite late, they provided us with detailed instructions on how to arrive to the hotel. We loved the quietness of the location, being able to hear only the waves crashing on rocks and palm leaves moving in the wind. Our room was wonderful, beautifully designed in brown and green tones, with a large and comfortable bed, a terrace and an amazing view. We very much enjoyed sitting there early in the morning or before going to bed in the evening. It also disposes of a fridge, cutlery and an espresso machine. The whole hotel is squeaky clean and beautifully designed. The breakfast was exceptional, with wonderful espresso, croissants and a wide choice of cheeses and fruit. The breakfast is served on the terrace next to the pool with a view of the sea. We enjoyed it very much. Our favourite part of the hotel was the pool itself. It offers a great view of the bay and it was wonderful to swim in it and read next to it after an exhausting flight. We were also lucky to see an iguana soaking up the sun. The staff were super friendly and also enabled us to have a late check-out. We immensely enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone visiting Guadeloupe.

The staff contradicted themselves and turned their poor management against us. It's a new hotel and it's obvious that they don't have the service experience.

They did not the room cleaning during our stay of 2 nights. Considering the price we paid we expected at least they tidy up the bed, empty the trash and replace used coffee capsules.

Internet could be better, but they will have a much better connection as of February 2022.
