The condo was in great shape, with awesome views! Laura was exceptionally good with communication, and very understanding and responsive when we reported a minor maintenance issue. This is a great choice for a large extended family gathering, I recommend it highly!

My family loved our time at this lovely condo. From grandchildren to grandparents, everyone had a great time. There is something for every age group at this relaxing and enjoyable location. The beaches are wonderful and an easy walk from the condo. The balconies offer a beautiful view of the ocean and beaches and are a great place for the less mobile to watch the grandchildren playing in the ocean. The large pool is conveniently located. The spacious condo offers plenty of room for everyone (our party of 12 ) to have their own space and not feel crowded. It is very nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. The Tiki bar offers the perfect place to watch the sunset and enjoy relaxing conversation. The owner, Laura, is extremely helpful and informative. If you have any questions, she is quick to respond. We thoroughly enjoy our stay and will definitely be back next year.

We loved our time here. Everything was wonderful from the time we booked the place to communication with the owners. They were very prompt in getting back to us with any questions or problems that we had. We took our family with us for our wedding/vacation and everything was wonderful! The views were amazing! Thank you for everything!

We visited with extended family in various age groups. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed relaxing on the comfortable indoor and outdoor furniture and taking in the gorgeous views. The great balcony space allowed the senior members of our group to enjoy the beach without having to make the trip down. We really liked that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. There was also ample living space to allow everyone to relax without feeling crowded. We will definitely be back!

The property was just what we needed for our group of 15. Laura was pleasant to work with and responsive to needs and questions. We will be back next year

Our family of twelve had a busy yet relaxing vacation week at this beautifully decorated condo. From the Battleship North Carolina to waiting for sea turtles to hatch, it is a wonderful property in a great location on OIB. We especially enjoyed the two balconies overlooking a perfect beach. It was also a pleasure to work with such wonderful property owners, and we would highly recommend this listing

This was a great condo. It had plenty of space for everyone and was very well equiped. The tiki bar was a big hit with both kids and adults. If you are looking for a spacious place right on the beach look no further.

Condo was beautiful and well stocked in kitchen with needed pots, pans, utensils, etc. Large living and dining space accommodated our large group. Balcony had comfortable and wonderful place to sit and enjoy the view!

We had a fabulous time. Your home is amazing g and that is why we come back year after year. It is spacious with excellent living area. It is very clean. well appointed and is just perfect in every way.

IT WAS SO NICE FOR EACH CHILD AND COUPLE TO HAVE THEIR OWN BEDROOM AND BATHROOM SO EVERYONE HAD THEIR OWN SPACE TO GET AWAY. THE BEACH IS ONLY A FEW FEET AWAY AND SO IS THE POOL IF YOU PREFER. WE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED THE OCEAN FRONT BALCONY WITH THE WONDERFUL BREEZE AND COMFORTABLE FURNITURE. A BONUS IS THE OWNER WHO IS VERY ACCOMMODATING ABOUT YOUR EVERY NEED!.

Best vacation place on the Isle everything was just perfect very nice place

Couldn't have fit our needs any better. Great location and accommodations. Kitchen well appointed and the ocean front deck was a hit with the entire group.

Our family truly enjoyed the memories that were made during our stay. Condo is very spacious for large families and met all our needs!

This is our second year staying in Laura’s beautiful condo. Quick highlights: • You can have a lot of folks (we had 13) and not feel like your tripping over each other b/c you have the two decks, tiki bar, pool and of course the beach all right there. Another easy space-maker is walking down two doors to the Isles for a drink and/or meal. Also, each bedroom has a tv and its own bathroom so no sharing that space. • Meal prep: the kitchen is fully stocked and there are grills by the pool. • Beautifully decorated (but not “stuffy”). • Great deal. It’d easily cost between 2-3 times more to get a house with this many bedrooms/baths and amenities this condo has. • If you need anything or have a problem, Laura is super responsive. Tip: You can order groceries online from Lowes Food and when you arrive at the beach, pull into the dedicated pick up spot and they’ll run your groceries out to you! It’s about $6 which was fine w me b/c I didn’t want to start my vacation with a 45 min trip to the grocery store. Also, be sure to check out the weekly free beach music concerts at OIB and neighboring beaches. Again, great place and great host. Highly recommend.

This was our first trip to OIB (we're used to south Myrtle Beach area), so we had many questions. It also was our first time staying in a condo-we usually stay in a beach house. We weren't quite sure what to expect. Laura answered every question, and quickly. The location is fabulous--the town is beautiful, as are beaches. Beaches are nice and flat, as they are further south. There is a great sandbar to the west, near the inlet, at low tide. The condo is as lovely as it looks in the photos--love the decor. We had plenty of room for our group of 13, and everyone loved it, from kids to grandparents. The condo was nice and clean. The parking level storage area is a great benefit, so you don't need to lug your sandy chairs and surfboards upstairs. There was no noise from neighbors. We loved having the pool option in case jellyfish are abundant, and the elevator was nice for loading and unloading (or for creaky knees), although we did take the stairs quite a bit. The area is quiet, and everyone is friendly. We loved having Lowes deliver our grocery order on the first day. We ate at The Isles (a two-minute walk) for my birthday, which was delicious. We also tried Charlie Grainger's for barbecue and Causeway Gourmet--both great options. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby to choose from. All appliances work well, and the kitchen is well stocked if you prefer to cook your own meals. One huge plus for this girl with a spinal condition was comfortable mattresses! I also loved that there were blackout curtains in some bedrooms. We all enjoyed watching the foxes in the dunes, and the men and kids enjoyed fishing on the Intracoastal (we brought a small boat) and the OIB pier. We thought we'd drive to Barefoot Landing in Myrtle Beach, but we enjoyed OIB so much we never did. We absolutely would rent again.

Everything was awesome!! Elevator was hot so I hiked it to 3rd floor. Lost weight on vacation. Great views.

Our extended family spent the week of the Fourth of July here and what a great trip it was. There were 15 of us ranging in age from 63 to 5 months, but being right on the beach kept everyone plenty entertained. The pictures of the condo were very accurate and no once did we feel cramped (and the bathrooms in each bedroom were nice). The kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to cook for all. Plus there is a nice grocery store less than 10 minutes away. The beach was great, good waves to play in but also shallow for the little kids. If you come the week of the Fourth, the fireworks from the pier are visible from the deck and the family room. There are plenty of things to do on the island and even more choices nearby. The owner was also great to work with, always got back to me right away when I had questions. We had a great time.
