The house was just as advertised. A great location - quiet and beautiful. The sleeping arrangements were wonderful. Everyone was comfortable. There were activities for every age group. No issues with check-in, checkout or maintenance. Truly a hassle free vacation.

We had a great time enjoying the Deep Creek Area. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to White Water Rafting at Wisp in the summer and skiing in the winter. It is not far from a few restaurants and a grocery store.

SKI ON/SKI OFF is FALSE ADVERTISING, the closest access point is at best 3/10 of a mile away and you CANNOT ski that distance. There is no path to ski over to slopes, you need to either walk there or drop off with a car. By no means does this meet the term SKI ON/SKI OFF.
GARBAGE REMOVAL, there's no bin in the house or outside. Garbage needs to be taken to a dumpster about 1/2 mile away by car. You can't leave garbage outside because of bears and wildlife. Other communities at least give a bear proof storage area outside. This home requires you take garbage in your car to a dumpster. I can deal with taking to the dumpster, but there isn't even a place to store it in or outside the house.
There are new homes being built in the immediate area, construction not a problem, but the port-a-potty sits directly across from the hot tub and is a huge eye sore. Management could work with the construction people to make this less noticeable.
You arrive to see an old sofa sitting under the deck. Like it was just left there and I felt like I was in the ghetto. The first impression was terrible and we saw that sofa the whole time we were there. Even when a member of the management team came by to check on things, he didn't seem to notice how ridiculous that looked.
Front door access, can't understand how this home was designed, but the front door which is the only way to lock home and leave is on completely opposite side of deck from where you park. Total hassle! Need to figure out an easier way to enter/leave this home.

The property was beautiful and spacious for our family reunion. Kitchen was well equipped and the house was clean. Property manager was easily reached.

This place was a perfect spot for a weekend getaway with a bunch of friends. Great amenities at the home and close to the lake attractions. Hope to come back soon.

One of my favorite homes!
My family and I enjoyed this home! It was well-stocked, spotless, and updated! We have been traveling to Deep Creek for over nine years. I would rent this home again! It was in a great location and close to all the attractions (I found a perfect spot to see the fireworks without traffic)! Most importantly, the outdoor space is heavenly! It was nice to enjoy outside even when it was raining!

Perfect Getaway
We should’ve stayed at least another day or two. I didn’t want to come home. The unit was very peaceful & relaxing. Very spacious. Wraparound deck was amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you for providing your home as our first annual in-law reunion.

Nice place.
More than enough space for our 3 adult 4 kid group. Low vehicle traffic and no visible neighbors gave this home a very secluded feel. Massive deck which is partially covered, let us enjoy the outdoors rain or shine. A few things that could have made this a 5 star rating, 1. Hand soap in bathrooms. 2. Supply more than single ply garbage bags that rip if you look at them wrong way. 3. Provide instructions to "unlock" the digital hot tub controls because doing so is not inherently obvious (and I own a hot tub). We had to figure out the make/ model/ year of the spa to find instructions online to unlock the control pad. 4. The unlevel outside firepit area is somewhat uncomfortable to sit around due to the slope it's built apon. These negatives were minor to our group in general but still nuisances and a bit of a time sink for our getaway.

AMAZING
This vacation rental and community was a terrific experience for my guest & I. We love it, the house, the hot tub, the view, the space, the fireplaces. I loved it. I think I made a good choice and I plan to return in the summer months. This area is a little on the expensive side as far as shopping and there are no shopping malls near by.

Lovely ski chalet
This 5 bedroom chalet is a lovely place to spend a vacation. Plenty of room, private hot tub and pool table make for enjoyable afternoon. While not truly a ski in/ski out, only a one minute drive to Wisp's upper parking lot made it a breeze to ski in the morning, come back for lunch at the house, and go back to ski in the afternoon. Just note that there are zero staples in house (not even salt) so be prepared to bring all ingredients/spices you need for cooking, although pot/pan supply definitely adequate.

The location was great, but was a bit of a walk to be "ski in / ski out" (we were hoping for lodging right on the slopes). The home was spacious, but the seating in the main living room wasn't adequate for everyone to hang out - especially considering we had 8 people but the home sleeps 13. Clean, well-managed property, that included all of the main essentials that you would need. Very enjoyable stay at Rocky Adventures home and the staff at Taylor Made property management were very friendly and professional.

The home was beautiful! It was perfect for our family vacation with three brothers, their kids, and grandkids. We all loved spending time on the huge deck. There was plenty of room to spread out but also space for all of us all to be together for dinner and games. Loved the location...beautiful views just a short walk away. I would definitely go back.

My stay was very pleasant. However tbere were some down points. The bathtub jets did not work in the loft and we were all a bit scarred to sit on the swing near the hot tub with the rock set up and leaves all atound it do to seeing a rattle snake come out of it earlier in ths trip. However everything else at the house was very well maintained and the beds werw all so very comfortable.

it was great,we all had a good time. this is the second time to stay in the house. 10 people we all had are own rooms. great time playing pool in the game room. hot tub to relax and the fire pitt was great. the weather wasnt the best but we made it to work. hope sometime we will be back. we loved it.

We enjoyed our stay at Rocky Adventures. Place was very clean, and we had plenty of room for 10 of us. It says it is ski in/out, but it is over a 300 yard walk to get to the slopes. Not a super drawback -just as easy to drive to the parking lot at the top of the hill. One other little issue, the driveway is not paved. So we had some rain and created some muddy conditions -which tends to come inside with all the foot traffic...Suggest maybe having a nice washable rug in the lower level entrance to trap the dirt/mud from coming into the carpeted area. Other than that, would certainly recommend booking this place.

The house was great for our group of friends. There was space aplenty and it was very convenient to the slopes. While it is billed as ski in ski out, we mostly drove to the slopes with our gear, but we were able to walk back and forth for lunch. Overall, it was a great location and great spot.

Convenient location, lots of space, and extremely comfortable features. Easy to check in and out. Perfect design for multiple couples to easily enjoy. Only complaint we were unable to get upstairs fireplace to stay lit other than that we plan to repeat this trip possibly at this location or one of Taylor mades other locations. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a great time at Rocky adventures once we got there. It was a bit hard to find as it was snowing when we arrived. Lower Camp road is not on any maps or in any GPS's because it is such a new road. Over all it was a beautiful place.
