The location was very good next to all attractions The place is so clean The staff is so friendly and helpful The area is well secured, cctv cameras everywhere My booking was handled well although i checked in late

The breakfast, is not a buffet, you choose on the first day and u eat it what u choose, no variety I had a Danone for Yoghurt No shelter for parking the cars My room was next to eating area, no privacy if u want to stay indoors

Distance to the beach

Breakfast was awful. Bacon was so dry, could not even chew it. There was only 1 choice of juice that I could not drink. They brought yogurt that had expired. When I asked for another plain yogurt I was told there is only strawberry yogurt. No respect of privacy. The lady kept knocking on my door whilst I was in a meeting, told her to come back later but she kept knocking, I was so irritated.

Home away from home feeling. Hotel vibe in guesthouse setting. Midway between major cities.

Restricted coffee usage in room. Would have loved the ability to make coffee when ever you wanted. Only 4 packets provided per room. Better maybe to provide a jar so that one can enjoy a cup, when ever you want.

very quiet and their breakfast was so nice and tasty

Could not sleep due to a dog barking continuously through the whole evening. My Director had to find a new place to sleep as he could not rest and was extremely tired for work the next day. The owner had no intention of even trying to assist us due to the inconvenience. She refused to refund our money for the last evening that we had to cancel an did not even offer any form of solution. I asked the receptionist to have the owner contact me back and I am still waiting for that call. I will never recommend this place to anyone. If they at least TRIED to find a solution or offered another room or a discount or something it would have been a different story. But she just basically said it is not her problem.
