Location; access to facilities; price; comfort; amenities.

Could have been cleaner and a mop to keep it clean ourselves.

Location & pool great. The living room & 2 smaller bedrooms were great as they had sliding doors and lockable flyscreen doors to ventilate the rooms as well as air conditioning. The outdoor terrace and outdoor furniture and living room furniture were good.

The master bedroom was too hot & stuffy- as you couldn’t open the windows because of mosquitoes - as there were no fly screens- would be better with sliding door & lockable flyscreen doors like the smaller bedrooms. The air conditioning in master bedroom was too cold over bed The tv in master bedroom didn’t work. The hot plates and oven didn’t work properly.

it was lovely stay, clean, short access to the beach, had all the facilities for great holidays

the whole bond refund process. it’s been over 4 weeks and I’m still chasing my money to be refunded. the communication from the owners isn’t clear on whats happening. I’ve sent numerous emails and yet to have a response with an outcome

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped. We loved having the BBQ on the balcony. A short walk to the beach. Close to shops and cafes. Great spot and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful holiday.

Quiet, clean, excellent location

Arrival instructions were a bit unclear.

Our room was clean

At $270 night we were a little disappointed about: - Having to ask for a bath mat and hand towel twice (not initially provided), more than 8 hours apart when they were not provided - Not being provided any coffee pods for the machine, then given just 1 pod when we asked for some (many provided by the cleaning lady when requested on the final day of our visit) - Toilet with barely working light - BBQ had no ignition switch, had to be lit by removing grill - Nothing to clean BBQ with despite being asked to do so as part of our stay - Being expected to put our own rubbish and run the dishwasher before we left - Lots of NO and DON'T signs - Being greeted suspiciously by Gavin the manager who's first words to us were 'are you organised'. I think he thought we weren't meant to be there. A hi and welcome would have been nicer - No basic condiments provided other than salt and pepper (although Gavin kindly provided some lovely olive oil for us) - Having to use a child's sandpit toy for a tea strainer - Advertised as 2 bathrooms, which was a selling point with my really bad back, but only one provided, meaning you had to walk down the hall, through the bedroom to ensuite when in the lounge On the whole I would have loved this place if it was ~ $150 night, but felt that when paying that much basics such as the above could have been catered for.
