Was exactly what we wanted.

This condo community has a great pool and very secure. The owners were amazing at communicating. We had one issue with plumbing and the owner sent a plumber who rectified the issue super fast.

We love this unit & the location. So close to the beautiful Vanderbilt Beach & Mercato and other stores & restaurants. The pools were wonderful & the outdoor cooking facilities were perfect for hosting our January birthdays. We had our small grandchildren with us & we enjoyed the nearby parks as well as the Naples Zoo & Children’s Museum. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and gracious. Everything we could possibly need was supplied for us.

The condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. The pictures are exactly the way the condo looks. It’s beautiful!! The walk to the beach wasn’t too bad. There’s a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and sand toys. Restaurants and grocery stores are all a short distance. Just pack your bags and enjoy!!

Owner very responsive

The unit was spectacular and owner communicated flawlessly making even small hiccups go smoothly. The walk to the beach and sunset was perfect stroll.

There were 5 of us staying here and we really enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean, neat and comfortably decorated. A helpful binder of instructions was handy and appreciated. The owners were very responsive and helpful as well when a new security system caused a slight hiccup to our initial entry to the property. Location is within pretty easy walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach and the pool facility. We took advantage of both daily. Our sincere thanks to the owners for providing us with a very nice place to stay during our relaxing Naples vacation.

The property itself is very nice, nicely furnished and it is in a nice gated development with an excellent pool. Overall we had a nice time here and our communication with the property manager/owners was very good. On the downside the property was not cleaned prior to our visit as when we arrived beds were not made and there was food and some other items in the kitchen. I called the managers after we arrived and they arranged to have a cleaning crew there the next day which we appreciated but they did not make any accommodation for our inconvenience. I've never encountered this situation with a rental before and I think it will effect my decisions to rent going forward.

Place was very nice, clean & well stocked. Location is good only 10min walk to beach and plenty of shopping with restaurants.

Property was really clean and had everything we could have needed, especially for kids. We have stayed at the Regatta and always enjoy our time . We plan on returning.

We greatly enjoyed this condo and the development. We split our days between the pool and the beach and lived the well furnished condo.

The property was exactly what we had expected and included many items needed to be able be there as if it was our "normal home". Also, we are beach people and the location in walking distance to the beach was great as well.

We had quite a few family birthdays to celebrate in the month of January. My brother’s family rented at The Regatta as well so it was a wonderful & memorable winter vacation!

The property was perfect in every way, especially the location. It was beautifully updated and had everything you needed. We will definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to rent in the Vanderbilt Beach area.

My family and I had a wonderful time visiting Vanderbilt Beach. The condominium was spacious and comfortable, as well as conveniently located near restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend.

We had 6 adults stay in this beautiful condo within walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Condo was just like pictures and we spent morning coffee overlooking the beautiful pool area. Very peaceful during our visit. Our owner was very responsive to all our needs. I would recommend this condo to others and would come back!

We had an amazing time

This was a great place to stay. Short walk to Vanderbilt beach and within a close proximity to a lot of restaurants as well as as Mercato. Place was cleanly and had a fresh new feel to it. Highly recommended.

Great condo and location. Walk to the beach. Only downfall was when we got there the cleaning lady don’t clean up a spill and there were ants all over the place. We had to clean and spray. Also there was a leak under the sink and we tried contacting the owners and got no response. Other than that it was very nice

We had a wonderful time. The pools are fantastic for young kids and still close to the beach. The rooms are large and everything we needed was provided. We would definitely come back.

My family enjoyed our stay. This particular rental had all the necessary components to enjoy meal preps, beach day, pool days, and the odds and ends of everyday life. We would rent this unit again but for a week longer next time. Great communication access to the condo owners if needed. Our trip went flawless.

We took my parents to Naples to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We loved this property! The property is very similar to a resort (beautiful pool area, grounds and amenities) with the comforts of home. The unit was very clean and very nicely furnished -especially the outdoor furniture. The lanai, which we used every day, is beautiful and overlooks the pool. The beds are VERY comfortable which we really appreciated. The hosts - James and Michelle were very friendly, helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. The area is beautiful with a short walk to the beach and some nice restaurants. We enjoyed The Turtle Club (you'll need reservations!), The Lighthouse for casual meals, The Lunch Box for quick beach meals and drinks and Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz Carlton for a very nice sunset meal. Downtown Naples with tons of shopping and restaurants is not too far of a drive. We would definitely rent this property again!

Many of our friends came to this area. We wanted to try it out. It was a great 1st time experience.

We had a great stay. The property matches the photographs, well maintained and very clean. They had everything needed for us to enjoy our stay. Great location, walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach. Owners were very responsive and extremely helpful. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Beautiful condo! Very clean! It’s home away from home and you have everything you need. Just down the street from the beach and beautiful pool view from the lanai ! We already reffed family members.

We all enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is the best, and the condo felt like home away from home. Super comfortable beds, fast internet, great TV, and the balcony was a lovely outdoor space we used all the time. James and Michelle were very responsive too! Highly recommend!
