A great apartment with private plunge pool, spacious rooms and excellent to have 2 full bathrooms and additional WC. Well located close to the tennis club within a 30 min walks of Julia’s and the other beach side restaurants and the Praça. We stayed in peak season and used Uber instead of hiring a car which was great and reliable. Would certainly return again. We have stayed in the area before and found the lateral layout and the outdoor area to be ideal for our needs, it felt really private and was quiet.

This is a great villa which we have stayed at for two years running now. Philippa the owner is very friendly and helpful. The villa is spacious and has everything you could need. It is in a great location, just a 20 minute walk from the beach and Praca and less than 5 minutes from the tennis centre. We had some difficulty downloading the pdf key collection instructions, trying on mobile and on a PC. I’m not sure if this was a problem exclusive to us but it made check in day a bit stressful. The villa is looking a little tired in places now and could do with a little spruce up but this is probably reflected in the reasonable price. We still had a great holiday and would stay again.

This is a lovely villa set all on one level which is ideal for families. Lovely outside space with pool, nice size rooms, comfy beds and brilliant location. Short stroll from resort reception, Praca, beach. Less than 5 mins from tennis centre. We will certainly be booking again. Philippa the owner could not have been more helpful with my various annoying questions and issues with the App (tip - use a PC not your mobile).

Know the area well… nice and quiet… about 20 minute walk to beach and restaurants and less than 5 minute walk to tennis club. Villa is like a home from home … comfortable and meets all our requirements for the price. Beds very comfy .

The property was well equipped to make everyday like easy and felt like home from home. The children loved playing with the toys and enjoyed the heated pool. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The property was clean by there was an ant issue, particularly in the kitchen and the on suite bathroom. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay.
There was a strange gurgling sound from the pool which seemed to stop when the man came to clean the pool. It came back after a day or two but cleared when the pool was cleaned/filled again.

Never stayed in an apartment in this resort before but would highly recommend this property. Much nicer than houses we have rented in the same area. Spacious, clean, lovely terrace and pool, comfy quality beds…ticked all the boxes and would most certainly return.

Excellent house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two with bath).
An excellent terrace to relax and have meals. The private pool is not very big but it is very good for cooling off.
The distance to the beach, which is never crowded, is about 15 minutes on foot.
Beautiful Resort, calm, and with a square with restaurants, bars, live music, so you don't have to leave the resort.
Experience to repeat for sure.

Muy buena villa pero sucia
Ubicacion maravillosa, y si la villa estuviera bien conservada, seria fantastico, pero la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Utensilios en mal estado y sucios y la piscina sucia. La casa necesitaba varios mantenimientos porque ya esta un poco vieja. Cuando comentamos en la agencia que la limpieza dejab mucho que desear, nos dijeron que era por los incendios de mala manera... Aun asi, la estancia ha estado bien.

Fantastic property
Villa is perfect for whatever you might need. We know the area very well and it is superbly located; close to the beach, supermarket and a multitude of restaurants. Interior is lovely and cosy and the outdoor space is great. We had a 3 year old and an 8 month old with us and they loved it.

Great size property in a great location
Brilliant to be able to walk to two fab beaches with bars and restaurants and lovely peaceful location. Host really helpful in answering queries and able to have a late checkout which was amazing.

Clean spacious villa in stunning location
Excellent communication with the host who was very understanding and allowed us to change booking several times due to covid. We know this area well and the villa was perfect - clean/ spacious/ comfortable beds/ sofas. Patio area and sun beds all good and south facing.

Excelente estadia
A única coisa que eu tenho a apontar é que a localização da casa na app era num sítio completamente diferente da real localização da casa, e que só nos foi transmitida poucos dias antes da nossa entrada. Acabou por ser uma agradável surpresa porque a localização é muito melhor do que a que estava na app. De resto tudo otimo, casa limpa, espaçosa e muito boa para crianças. Concerteza iremos voltar.

Property was easy to find and as described .
Great for families and only a short walk from the beach and restaurants at Vale de Lobo , it is possible to walk along the beach to all restaurants but car / cab necessary for evenings .
Villa was clean and very spacious , pool area great for entertaining .Fluffy bath towels and beach towels provided . The few dinosaurs in the toy box kept our grandson entertained every morning .
