so clean and comfortable! great beds, quality linens(sheets) and towels. excellent shower too!!! close to everything.

Great stay!! Specious rooms with a nice balcony. It was also pretty clean compared to other hotels. Location is also great, close to the town. Wifi works pretty well too. The hotel also has it's own restaurant which offers traditional breakfast.

It can be noisy as it is located close to the main road. The car park is only available on the road. It's a safe road but don't expect to find a private car park in the hotel.

A comfortable and well maintained hotel in the centre of the town. Bed was good, AC functional and quiet.

We had a room facing the street. A karaoke bar was just down the street and the noise echoes. Bring your ear plugs, or get a room at the back

Good value, good location

Karaoke like everyone said. It didn't bother me but my friend's a light sleeper and it kept him awake. The town is really weird!

The location was in the center of town...both good and bad. Easy to get around but unbearably noisy in the room. Windows and doors did nothing the block the street noise and the many bars with intoxicated karaoke singers. Do not stay here if you expect to sleep at night.

The rooms should be remodeled to include sound dampening to allow for the basic purpose of a room...to be able to sleep at night

The location is great! Right across the market in la crucecita. And few stepping away from the square where you can find all sorts of Mexican snacks. Local reataura ra nearby. We had a buffet breakfast in the restaurant below and it was very good too. Good water pressure. AC works good Confortable bed. I think for a short stay its fantastic price for value.

There is a bit of noise coming from the restaurant in the morning. No that I mind too much and the curtains, there id a little space on the sites that if you dont carefully push them to the edges, other guest can see through.

Is really noise. In the patio they have a restaurant, such is crowded all day. Not a place to take a nap. The real price is higher than the price in Booking.

Good sized room and shower room. Bed comfortable and room and public areas kept spotlessly clean. The location is pretty much perfect, being only about 25 m from the central square with several bars and eateries. The hotel also boasts a very popular restaurant with an expansive menu of local dishes.

Being so close to the square, could be a bit noisy with late night revellers.

the bathroom space is really small and the shower water gets into the toilet space. street noise can be loud sometimes

Rooms with a balcony could hear an obnoxious Karaoke bar on the town square until late.

Location. Maria Mixteca is in the middle of all of the sights, sounds and smells I was looking for. Located steps from the central park in Crucecita. Housekeeping was truly amazing. Our room was spotless, cleared of sand and my daughter's stuffies were staged for her entertainment daily.

The secondary/overflow building is less ideal, especially if you have a balcony room across from the kareoke bar.
