The room was to big the service was amezing and they are friendly and the hotel was close everything

Well centrally located

No proper breakfast . You can do room service just for coffee, juice and couple of croissants 29 euros . Way over priced . I wanted some fruits only berries were available and they wanted additional 30 euros just for berries Other than that my stay was very pleasant. I wanted to stay longer but the breakfast situation was too inconvenient for me . I have to get out to have a proper breakfast ended up ordering in even though i did not like the choice or the price

Location and service. The staff was very quick to respond to our requests.

Our room is in need of updating. The bath tub/shower leaks and water spills over the bathroom floor when we shower. There are dirty spots on carpets and headboards. The entire hotel ran out of body lotion. And unlike most five stars in Paris, they only give you two bottles of water on arrival. We had to walk around to buy water and lotion.

There are not coffee machines, with capsules, that most 5 star hotels have, they are still renovating the restaurant, the kleenex are bad quality

Excellent location, very close to the Champs Elysee and the Arc de Triumph and good restaurants. The room was spacious and freshly decorated, as was the bathroom. Beds were comfortable.

Because the hotel restaurant is still being renovated, there is no place to get coffee or breakfast except through room service, which seemed pricey at 29 euros. No coffee or tea in the lobby early in the morning, and the nearest places to get coffee don't open until 8:30 or 9 am. The light switches in the room are very strange and hard to figure out. Funny small metal buttons that sometimes don't seem to work. Also, I would suggest that the hotel lets guests know that the outlet in the bathroom does not support using a hair dryer, so to use the outlet in the sitting area for that.
