Hôtel au rapport qualité-prix très correct. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. L'isolation phonique entre chambres est dans la moyenne, mais vis-à-vis de la vie rapide qui jouxte l'hôtel c'est très suffisant.
La chambre est aux standards Ibis Budget...
... Mais d'il y a 15 ans. Malgré un coup de peinture pour harmoniser le tout, le bâtiment accuse son âge et cela se ressent dans la présentation générale comme individuelle.
Le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas fou-fou, il manque pas mal de variété et bien trop de viennoiseries au détriment d'aliments plus sains.
En résumé fait le job mais il ne faut pas placer de trop hautes attentes surtout quand on est habitué aux établissements plus modernes de la même marque et gamme.

Lovely staff, really quite. Breakfast: choice of cheese.
Bedspring really dirty, no shelves. In bathroom: no toilet paper holders, no towels shelves, no soap next to the sink. No curtains in shower just a kind of long sign half way through the shower. Breakfast: poor bread quality expected better in France! Jams, honey in big pots with spoons, would be more appropriate and hygienic in small samples. We were 5 so 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 single one on the top of us with a big grey bag on it, inside clean towel, single blanket et cover. Had to put the cover and do my daughter bed.

Refused entry by the manageress due to me and my bicycle being muddy.
Following torrential rain in Brittany I was looking for a hotel room to dry out in.
Booked online. Turned up and manageress refused entry. Voided booking there, received a refund and went over bridge to the Brit Hotel.
Absolutely recommend the Brit hotel.
Muddy and wet bike was stored in conference room and I was made welcome.
I have stayed at other Ibis hotels and never had a problem or reception like this before.
All i can say is when in Brest use the Brit hotel, elsewhere try Ibis.

Price
Three persons third bed was bunk. I could get up but had serious difficulty getting down. Not safe. One small desk/ one chair and one plug not great between three.

Once again Ibis Budget being the best, reception staff very friendly and professional, free car parking, room very clean. I do recommend!!!!

Nice staff
The area isn’t close to anything other than a couple markets. The rooms are very small and there were a lot of bugs, alive and dead.

The room stinked, it’s horrible when you’re not a smoker. It’s not acceptable to let costumers smell tobacco without taking care of your comfort. The minimum would have been to block this room and clean it before proposing to costumers to book it. This property is supposed to be a non smoking area.
Obviously, the staff couldn’t give me another one as the hotel was fully booked. I received a deodorant instead. I was too tired to go elsewhere as my flight arrived late that night and I had to wake up early in the morning. I couldn’t sleep well as the weather was cold and I had to let the window open to have some fresh air.
