We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo only steps from the beach. The owners were very helpful and answered our questions promptly.

This property was everything and more than listed on website. Beautiful weather helped too! Very attentive property owner and the condo is beautiful and very well stocked for cooking if you prefer to stay in for meals. Several choices of games, books, etc. Walking distance to several restaurants or the free trolley is very easy too. Loved the quiet evenings to enjoy hearing the ocean waves!!

The location was exactly what we hoped for on the beach and easy access to the island. The owner was attentive to ensuring a wonderful stay, which we did.

Everything was great except for the usual stuff on vacation spots, traffic and wait time at restaurants. The parking at the condo was also a little hard to get into and out of. Really enjoyed our stay though and hated to leave.

The property is the best that we have stay in for a long time. The location, cleanliness, convenience and comfort is uncomparable to most others that we have stayed. It will be the only one we stay in from now on.

Search no more! This was the perfect location and accommodation we were looking for! Can’t beat the view! The beach was not crowded at all! We were visited by dolphins right in front of the place twice during our trip. Took a nice nap on the patio listening to the sound of the waves crash. You could do the same thing from the couch if you open the patio double doors. Saw a full rainbow on the beach on our last day. There’s a nice sandbar in the water - perfect if you have kids that want to play in shallow water. The place has all the beach gear you need - chairs, ice chest, towels…except you may want to rent a tent if you like to escape the sun. Plenty of rental options that deliver in the area. This time of year we experienced sunshine during the day and showers at night. Took the free trolley everywhere we wanted to go. Just downloaded the app and knew when to expect it. Had groceries delivered for convenience. This spot was close to everything but not in the middle of any crowded/loud area. John checked on us often and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for the perfect stay! So glad I booked this place!

AMI never fails and neither does this condo. Has all the amenities needed for a fantastic vacation! We enjoyed the beautiful beach view right outside our windows. We ate at fabulous restaurants all within close proximity to the condo. Try the lasagna at Oma's Pizza and Restaurant right down the street! Wow! Yum! Thank you John and Cindy Little for the perfect Florida retreat!

We had a fantastic time when we stayed in this condo. We really appreciated the attention to detail provided by the owner. John did a fantastic job keeping in contact with us and following through on our requests. The location right on the gulf is fantastic. The view was amazing and we spent a lot of time just sitting and watching the water. We were totally relaxed and had everything we could possibly need for an amazing vacation.

Clean. Kitchen well stocked with spices and dishes etc. You may want to take automatic dish soap, and a food sissers. Had paper products to start with except kleenex. A few things to keep in mind: no elevator and and stairs are narrow and when rains get abit slippery, we were there in January and nights were cool so the floors are cold-take slippers or socks, parking spaces are very small-if you have a small veichle you will be fine - we had a pick up and had to park outside of garage which is not a problem if you can find a spot in the 6 outside parking spaces that are not assigned. Bedroom is on road side and there is a lot of road noise all night long., we live in country so this did not work for us.. Also there is a condo above this one and you can hear every step. For us that started at 6 AM. every morning. . Only 4 louge chairs by pool. Condo could use a beach cooler only has a large strofoam cooler .Also a full length mirror would be nice, No counter space in barh. Upon arrival we had 3 burned out lights- one at entry and at night it was difficult to enter code. The code is a good idea instead of carry a key. Blender and hair blow dryer needed replacing. The condo walls could use some painting. The website states possible early entry. We could not get early entry even though it did not show any one renting unit before us. I understand our rent did not start until 4PM. We found something else to do in the area. There is not a trolly stop close but good walking.

My wife and I recently stayed in this condo and had the time of our lives! The condo was exactly as advertised and it just gave you a sense of relaxation the moment you walked in. We felt at home right away (wish it was our home) lol. The owner was very accommodating and we could contact him at any time. After staying here there’s really no reason looking for anything else. Price was good and we were right in a central location so everything was very accessible. I highly recommend a stay at this condo in paradise 😉�

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was like a brand new place, everything looked new.....very very clean! The whole wall opened up to the beach, we loved this!! The pool was never crowded and was well kept. Can't wait to go back!

We stayed the last week in June 2018. We enjoyed the condo and the great screened in patio overlooking the beach. The sand was soft and the sunsets were beautiful. The condo had all the amenities a couple needs for a nice relaxing stay. Short drive to many wonderful attractions and places to explore.

This is by far the best condo and location on the island! I loved how basically the whole wall opened up to the beach! The pool was clean, quiet and most days we felt it was our own private pool, not busy or crowded at all! This unit was spotless, so clean and well kept. All the furnishings appeared new and was supplied with everything we needed. Can't wait until our next visit!!

This condo is wonderful! There are so many positives to staying here! The location is perfect and being right on the beach is the best part! So easy to walk right down to the beach and come back up if you forget something, or if you have kids and want to take a mid-day break! The view from the condo is gorgeous! The condo itself is spacious and the murphy bed is great for kids! The heated pool is also appreciated and never crowded. The owner John is great to deal with and keeps communication open at all times. Thank you John and Cindy for a wonderful week in your condo!

We stayed atJohn's for a week in Oct. of 2017. WE found the place to be fabulous. It was everything that we needed and more. It is so much better that the pictures. This was the most relaxing place to be for a week. We definately will be going back and booking with John.

The condo is very clean and nice. Everything you need is at hand. The location was close to restaurants and stores. The beach location was beautiful.

This was a wonderful place to spend a vacation. It was everything that they advertised and more! The view is spectacular morning, noon and night. Having the advantage of a fantastic view from your own balcony was awesome. The condo was beautiful and had every amenity you could want. The pool was warm and inviting, too. We hope to come again!

This was a wonderful place to stay and the view out the west window was spectacular. My wife sat out on the deck and watched the beautiful sunsets. The condo was close to everything we needed and was very comfortable. The beach was right out door. John was very responsive with all of my calls and was more than willing to take care of any problem I had. Additionally the transaction went smoothly and without issues and I couldn't have been more comfortable with it. John wanted to make sure that my stay was the best it could be . Never once did it seem like when I was talking to him that I was a bother to him but rather the opposite was true he couldn't have been more helpful. I would stay here again.

Loved the location, beach, pool, and free bus made this an ideal location for us and our 2 year old son and parents. Place was very nice, newly renovated, and had all you could need.

I must ad the beach walks in the early morning were incredible! Living on the east coast we always saw the moon rise. To see it set over the gulf was incredible while enjoying a coffee on the lanai. We made sure to start out moonlit walk just before the crack of dawn. By the time we started back it was light enough to collect shells. Weeks later we are still talking about it!

The excellent reviews that others have left are similar to my experience, so I won't repeat them. I had been worried about noisy neighbors, but it turned out to be very quiet. I never heard footsteps, voices or toilets flushing from the unit above and no sounds from the garage below. No loud parties. Could only hear surf from the beach. The condo must be very well insulated. A good experience and I would rent it again.
