Lap pool. Amazing front of house staff. The quiet. The food in the restaurant. The view of the sea. Roaming roos.

Being overlooked in the restaurant when trying to place our order. The outdated tech in the cabin wasn't usable with modern devices. TVs need to be updated and the obsolete audio equipment removed. Dishwashers needed. No transport into Inverloch made it impossible for a non driver in our party to explore the local area.

Great facilities, location was quiet, fun for families with heated pool, bball/tennis courts, jumping pillow, games room, flying fox, lots of wildlife. Buffet breakfast was delicious.

Perfect for families. Villa is private, large and modern. Setting of the resort is perfect - next to beach. Great walking track in the resort and play parks/BBQ around the resort.

Villa is now in need of a deep clean. Kitchen cleaning amenities were on the light side. Could have done with extra supplies.

I was really looking forward for a get away with my 2 kids after we have been in lockdown for a long time. I must say, I am very disappointed that not only the pool was closed during our stay but not even been given notice as I would’ve booked elsewhere if I had have known. We had to cut our visit short as my kids were very upset about the pool. I’ve used booking.com quiet a few times and have always had great communication from the host/company so this was quiet disappointing to see that I have had to pay without being able to use the whole facility.

Nice place and we couldn’t get much time to discover the around . Restaurant staff is fantastic and good service. Food was nice and hotel location is very attractive.

Loved the facilities and the dining experience.

The variety at the buffet breakfast was acceptable but could have been less limited. Ie. only two juices, no soy milk, one cold meat choice.

Everything. The facilities were first class. The restaurant food and wine were top class and the staff were friendly and professional. My husband has MND and all the staff were helpful, kind and caring. Our room was beautiful with a beautiful view.

The bed and bathroom were excellent. The pool facilities were great and very clean and well maintained. The grounds were very well kept around the resort. The staff were very welcoming. The restaurant meal and service was excellent. Value for money.

It was disappointing to arrive on a Friday night at 8.40pm and not be able to get any room service or a meal. The shops in Inverloch were closed and we had to drive to Wonthaggi to get some food. Again limited options available. There was no food or drinks in the rooms. Other RACV clubs offer better service. Unlike other RACV clubs the rooms were not service daily. Booked breakfast for 9.30am and there was limited options in the buffet as it closed at 10am. We were unable to get a seating a 9am.

Loved the size of the room and bathroom and balcony. We stayed in the heat of Summer, and it was a beautiful sea breeze each night with the door wide open. Also felt very private.

Although I understand it's not necessary to service the room daily (only available on request), because we were there 4 nights, it would have been nice to have more towels and tea making, dishwashing liquid/tea towels etc provided so we didn't have to ask for them. The room price was quite expensive and more provisions could have been supplied at the start of our stay in lieu of daily servicing. Also for the price of the room, breakfast should have been included.

Lovely setting, decent sized room, park was great over at the camping area and lots of bbqs available.

Our stay cost $1500 for 3 nights which was very expensive. Understand we stayed at a peak time, however still feel it was over priced for what was on offer. The restaurant was over priced, had limited options and they weren’t able to accommodate a dairy allergy for my child so she wasn’t able to eat much. The restaurant also wasn’t open one of the days we were there so nothing was available all day, we couldn’t even get a coffee. When I called to enquire the lady at Reception was pretty rude about it. The kiosk at the pool was closed our whole stay and so was the bar. So although there was reduced facilities, no discount was offered.
