The staff was very friendly and helpful. We got in earlier than the 3pm checkin time and the Manager at the front desk took care of us. I give her a 5-STAR (Ms. T. Harding). The property was clean. I will definitely return to this property.

The food was good but mostly been and pork. I would like to see more chicken on the different menús.

The overall staff was wonderful and friendly. The option to the sister hotel was a plus their staff was very accommodaing also. The food was great. The entertainment was on point. The guys at the front was always so very helpful with getting our taxi as quickly as possible

The A la Carte food was slow and annoying. The front dest staff was not helpful at all. The service for dinner was poor if you arrived late and the staff seemed annoyed and moved extremely slow.

Food was very good quality as were the variety of drinks on offer. Our room had a superb beach view and was quiet. Facilities were good and clean. Perfect setting for a relaxing holiday. Water sports available which we took advantage of. Easy to book a couple of excursions as well.

Staff could smile more, sometimes came across a bit cool, but could be their culture.

Nearness to the town center and the airport.

The bathroom needs upkeep. Needs 2 shower doors to prevent the splashing of water when showering. I believe that many have been complaining or calling the property management’s attention about this. This splashing or overflowing of water goes or flow outside the bathroom, thus flooding the hallway or space ( walkway ) between bathroom and the closet. With this problem going on, noticed that the closet door is warping due to being soaked in water for most of the time during showering for so many years ….

The location was great. Close to the airport and the beach was beautiful. The pool area (there were two of them) was really nice. Loved having the ice cream shop to visit every day (Wish it was open past 6pm though) and the coffee shop was great too. The coffee shop had great drink options and the sandwiches and salads were awesome.

The food situation was honestly not great at all. When booking it shows that there are two restaurants and then the buffet to choose from. However, when you get there, the buffet is an option for meals every night, but only one restaurant is open a night AND you have to book the restaurant the day before. The restaurants also do not open until 7pm so the reservations go extremely fast. Asiago's restaurant had pretty decent food but we were only able to go once because we couldn't get a reservation the rest of the time. The sandtrap restaurant was unfortunately not great for food in all honesty and the buffet was worse. The breakfast at the buffet was decent but not for lunch or dinner. We were unfortunately very disappointed with the food. The beach was beautiful as well but the chair availability went very fast. The hotel states that they do not allow people to save chairs, but this was not the case as every day when we went out to the beach almost all of the chairs were taken up. The only real complaints about the room are that there were literally zero outlets in the bathroom, so we could not plug in a single thing in there and there were tiny ants all over the counters in the whole room. I felt like I couldn't leave anything out because I didn't want bugs on anything. That was pretty gross.

The breakfast was fine - the freshly made omlettes were delicious - it would have been great to have freshly squeezed orange juice - the only thing that happened on a Sunday is that there maybe weren’t enough staff but I guess it’s their day of rest

The knowledge that you need to book the Italian or sand trap in advance for supper - once we knew thus it was perfect but because we didn’t in advance we sometimes got later sittings than we would have ideally chosen but it didn’t matter really as meant more time for cards and the delicious free drinks

the view from our ocean front room was great, the beach was beautiful, staff very friendly, food was good, nightly entertainment. The hotel was not to big which we really like.

Checkin was horrible, long delays and minimal reasons why. Seastate was a bit rough No debrief given on amenities especially that access to sister resorts was included in teh price

Great location with direct access to the beach and walking distance to bar and restaurants of St Lawrence Gap.

Food could be better in the main restaurant. It is not just about the quality but the selection.

Excellent location, wonderful staff and brilliant varied food options. Kids club was fantastic. Enjoyed the options to visit other hotels in the group too.

Could do with a little refresh on the rooms. Sea is a little rough for small children but they were happy with the pools. Using Crystal Cove one day made up for that.

This is an exceptional hotel with good conditions, location, service and food. Our room had a great view, well cleaned daily, the food was good quality and there was a choice for different taste preferences, the beach is also clean and beautiful and reveals beautiful sunsets in the evening. The evenings are very pleasant - in a beautiful atmosphere and with pleasant live music, I didn't want the day to end. The staff is polite and helpful. Although, I usually don't get for breakfast more than coffee and/or fruit I noticed that sufficient options were present which could suit different tastes. Nice cocktails at beach bar. Very good facilities at fitness room. Location is good - close to St. Lawrence's gap. However there are waves on the beach. Definitely would recommend Turtle beach hotel!

There were boys selling drugs on the beach which made me feel unsafe in the evenings while browsing around the beach. However, after complains from guest the security was walking around the beach one evening so that such men would not disturb the guests
