Having a private bedroom and bathroom for each person was wonderful. The open living room/ kitchen/dining area was great for hanging out together. It rained most of the time we were there so didn’t get to enjoy the porches but they are also huge and I imagine would have been nice to sit out on for a meal or nightcap. One word of caution-there are about 10 stairs down from parking area to entrance if you have anyone who is not good with stairs. We were only there for 2 nights and didn’t get a chance to use the amenities (pool, hot tub) but did drive down the road to see where they were. Communication was great, check in and out was easy. I would totally come back again.

We have stayed at this house before and just love it - it’s beautiful, with lots of decks, it’s comfortable and close to everything… However, on our latest stay, the house was FULL of mosquitoes, which made it so we could not relax in the house. We also found used towels in the washing machine, and high was kind of gross. Due to this, this will be our last stay here. Disappointing!

Very happy with our stay at this house. It's larger than it looks in the pics. Kitchen was generally well equipped. The location is beautiful and perfect if you plan to hike, bike, and/or visit breweries in the western Whites. There's probably other stuff to do but I have no clue. The folks at Loon were very helpful with all questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was well executed and very easy to check in. The unit was fabulous, clean, well stocked and located just minutes to the mountain by shuttle or driving your personal vehicle. The pool and hot tub were an added bonus. I give this unit and management team 5-STARS.

Every year all of my in siblings in law get together and hike. This house had room for all 4 couples and a bathroom as well….no sharing or waiting! This house was super clean and comfortable. It is set up with an open living plan so even cooking dinner we were all together but never crowded. The location is perfect…near lots of great restaurants and attractions. Would definitely rent this house again.

Place was great overall, just a couple of things, lowest level had some insect visitors, like meal worms, also some flying pests. The house was very nice, well built, perfect for our party of 4 couples. Just needs to be clear bit better and the pests addressed. Also could use a pool table or Foosball, plenty of room on the lowest level

My wife, myself and our two adult children spent a week at this property in August. The house is huge and we could have had twice as many of us stay over! The area is very quiet and we enjoyed our time together. Washer, Dryer and Dishwasher were great to have! Beds were very comfortable and the Central A/C kept us cool every night. The property managers were very easy to contact and were very accommodating. They were helpful before and during our stay. The location is great with easy access to downtown Lincoln and Woodstock and the shopping and restaurants. Also, very convenient to Loon Mountain and all it has to offer. Finally, you can jump right on the Kancamagus Highway and be in North Conway in 45 minutes with some great scenery! There were only a few issues that prevented me from giving the property 5 Stars: 1) the unit wasn't as clean as we would have liked when we arrived and we had to do some cleaning on our own. Nothing major, just a few handprints on windows, dirty coffee pot, hair in the bathroom and an unemptied trash can; 2) the entryway and the multiple decks had numerous cobwebs on them when we arrived which could have been easily removed, and were, with a broom or mop; 3) there are multiple tvs in the house, but only one connected to the cable; and 4) the furniture is a bit sparse and what is in the living room is not too comfortable. I would definitely give this property another try because everything I mentioned can be easily remedied and I know the property managers will take these comments to heart. Definitely recommend!!

Overall this was a great house! There is an additional downstairs that isn’t shown in picture that could be another sleeping space, it was massive and had a full bathroom! Tons of living space and lots of privacy. The balconies were really nice and the views were awesome. The pools and hot tubs were fun for the kids and there was a game room too! The only thing I’d mention for renters is to bring paper towels, trash bags and dishwasher taps, we ran out and had to go buy some more. Also the rules were very strict about towels, if you lose a towel you have to pay $15 per towel which was different so next time I’d bring my own and not use the towels there! I’d defiantly rent this house again though it was a great location and everyone really enjoyed the time!

Very much enjoyed our stay. Loved that there was enough room for quiet time and personal privacy when needed, yet adequate comfortable space in the common areas to enjoy the riders cup the day our golf got rained out. Also liked the privacy and location. Would stay here again. Only issue would be that the basement sofa is not a sleepable bed, and that there are only six dining chairs for a home that sleeps 8. Not a big deal, but we started with 7, then after a couple of days were at six, which is why we noticed it.

The spacious unit was a great way for my family (including 3 adult children and friends) to get away. Local hiking was fantastic and we lucked out with wonderful weather at the end of July. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous home. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The only complaint is the refrigerator doesn't work well at all. It didn't keep anything cold, just slightly chilled. The same with the freezer portion. Which was tough because we had did for 8 people and it wasn't keeping drinks cold. And the mattress in the master bedroom is extremely uncomfortable. Made for a very difficult nights sleep.
