Great location, very clean and tidy and also a very spacious room for the money. Josie (the host) was excellent throughout. Any questions I had she was always on hand to help.

Josie is an amazing person and host. She really cares about guests and is always up for a nice chat. Our room was big, clean and with all comforts.

Good access to bus stations and restaurants, shops, and the sea. The room was really clean and quiet and Josie (the host) was so friendly and helpful. She gave us information about where and how to get around.

What an amazing place and host!! I was sorry to stay only a couple of days here, but will definitely come back when returning to Malta!
Our host Josie is incredibly kind, sweet and helpful and our room was even way better than we expected and saw in the pictures! One of the best areas of Malta to stay, as well :)

This accommodation was perfect for me from all points of view. The hostess, Josie, is the kindest person I met on the whole island, extremely hospitable and gave me a lot of tips from day 1, like suggestions on what to visit, how to get there, bus schedule and when is the most suitable time of day to go to a certain place. It was lovely to sit and have coffee with her and her partner in the morning, and have had such interesting conversations! She also gave me some great recommendations for restaurants. The room was very cozy, with a nice calm vibe, had everything I could need in it, very clean and a very comfortable bed. Toiletries were provided, and also coffee, tea and water, which I could get a refill on whenever I needed, from the shared kitchen. The place is only 5 minutes away on foot from Balluta bay and from the bus stations in each direction. I wish my stay wasn't so short, but will definitely stay here again if I return to Malta. :)

The best thing was the owner. She is so nice and so helpful. Our plane landed late in the evening, so she arranged a taxi for us. Also, we were happy to visit all places she suggested, and our experience in Malta became even better! In general, the location is perfect and, in my opinion, the best place to stay in Malta. The room was super nice and big. We even got towels for the beach, there was a small fridge to keep drinks and food cold. AC was a huge plus since it was very hot. In the kitchen, we could always fill our bottles with water from a specific distributor, and it was nice since we didn't have to purchase it every day, bringing those heavy bottles into the room. Thank you for everything!

The room is nicely decorated, very clean, with air condition, very comfortable double bed and luxurious bathroom. The owner is a very kind, hospitable, helpful and charismatic person. I wish I could have stayed longer there.

Josie is the perfect hostess for the tourist: available and moderate, always present when needed. Excellent cleaning, bathroom and air conditioning. Good position in a quiet zone, five minutes on foot to the bus stop and promenade
There is a nice terrace.. A wire to hang wet beach towels would be a good service for the guest.

The accomodation was great! The room is very comfortable and clean. The location is close to all the restaurants/bars in San Gilijan, it’s very convenient to travel around the island from there, the room itself is amazing: a very big, comfortable bed, both shower and a bath in the bathroom, small things which make the stay more convenient (e.g. a kettle in the room, a socket plug since sockets in Malta differ from most European countries, etc). Also, very important - great host Josie who gave us a warm welcome, checked us in late at night, showed everything in the room and gave a lot of tips about Malta (where to go to, how to get there, how to use transport around the island).

I felt welcomed and supported even before the journey started, as the hostess contacted me asking if I have enough information for coming there.
Incredible hospitality during the stay, as well and lots of help and information. All that in such a friendly manner that you perceive the hosts as your friends who invited you to stay.
The room is decent, everything that was needed, especially the comfortable bed and the air conditioner.

The room was spacious and clean, little bit dark since the window is directed to the backyard but it’s not that bad. The apartment was nice, calm and well equipped. We enjoyed sitting at the balcony. The room has its own shower and toilet which is modern and clean. The location is perfect near Balluta bay and nearby you can find anything you would need. I enjoyed a lot the great conversations with Josie and Marc(the highlight of the stay), they are really amazing. The room has an A/C, a small fridge, electric kettle, TV and a comfortable bed. I’m sure I will back to Malta and this place.

Josie was very sweet and made the whole stay much better and easier than expected, and she had some good recommendations for restaurants. The kitchen was always clean, and the room was perfect. I would definitely stay there again. This is the kind of special service you'll only get a few times in your life. Also, the terrace has morning sun, which is nice for breakfast :)

A comfortable room in a calm and relaxing guesthouse. The bedroom has a charming and well decorated interior with functioning AC and plenty of useful amenities. The location of the house is optimal, next to different bus stops that take you to the nicest places to visit and very close to the beach, you can reach the sea in 5 minutes by foot. Josie the host is very kind, available and incredibly helpful, giving you useful tips regarding lesser known locations to see or ways to travel more efficiently. In the guesthouse, the shared area includes a kitchen and a terrace bathing in the sun. The kitchen is well furnished and very clean.

The hostess was wonderful. Provided recommendations and was always happy to chat. She even offered me breakfast on the last day as I was getting packed up while they were eating.
Finding street parking was a bit challenging. I can only imagine how difficult it would be during the high season.

The Host was fantastic. She was super welcoming and always available for our requests. She made us feel very comfortable with her kindness. The room was clean and quiet, we felt very cozy. We met her and her partner in the mornings in the kitchen and always had interesting conversations and got good tipps for our vacation. All in all we would call her a super-host.
