This was probably one of my best experiences with staying in a property like this! The house was extremely clean, decorated enough to feel like a home away from home. Graham was easy to communicate with! Overall it was an excellent experience and I would definitely stay there again!

Squirrel Cottage was a nice place for us to perch while bringing our daughter to Brevard Music School.

House was comfortable and convenient. Owner was easy to work with.

The house was exactly as advertised and just right for our hiking holiday around Brevard. Graham was especially responsive to our needs making sure arrangements were just right for our stay. I've stayed in many many VRBO homes over the years but have seldom had such an easy time communicating with an owner.

This is a cozy house, the location to town was convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a quick trip and all we needed. Simple nothing fancy.

This was first time staying in town for a while, so different to adjust to. House was clean and Graham was very responsive to questions. When we left it was dark and pouring rain, so we couldn’t tell which trash can for trash or recycle.

Location is close to downtown Brevard. Located near downtown on a safe street. Easy to get to Pisgah and DuPont. Three adults were very comfortable there.

This was the second part of a week’s stay and this was the perfect place for us. Bonus points that I was able to get pics of a white squirrel! 😀

Absolutely perfect location to visit downtown, Deerewood, Pisgah, and other locations within Brevard. Would definitely stay there again!

Very nice location near all outdoor activities and the center of Brevard.

The property was neat, quiet and comfortable. Town was a 2 minute drive, and Brevard Music Center, 10 minutes. Thank you.

Perfect cottage for short stay in Brevard dropping our kids off at camp. Neighborhood great for walking and property had everything we needed.

The stay was very enjoyable. The house is a nice older updated house. Its located in a nice neighborhood that was quiet and private. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

For a couple, or a family with one or two small children, this is a good choice. The single bathroom would be a challenge for more than two adults. The property is well maintained, everything works, and it is well stocked with necessities. We enjoyed the use of the BBQ grill. The house is not really within reasonable walking distance of central Brevard, at least not for elderly folks, so a car is needed for shopping, restaurants, etc.

Perfect place for my wife and I to stay while visiting my Aunt & Uncle. This cozy, private cottage was exactly the type of place we were looking for - close to downtown, yet quiet with a relaxing atmosphere.

Great spot for a stay in the Brevard area. 5 min from town, close to everything! House was clean, appliances all worked great except the ice maker was broken. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pictures & description were right on. And if you wanted to cook plenty of condiments, sugar, salt, pepper, & more were there. Coffee with grinder was excellent local coffee. Had to buy some to take home. Appreciated the filtered water as I don't drink tap water. Other plusses were all the environmentally cleaning products. A couple night lights were a plus. Kitchen and bath remodeled. New windows easy to open. Excellent lighting in bathroom. Didn't realize there was a cabinet behind the mirror until the last day. Three shelves by sink as well. Plenty of towels & wash cloths. Didn't see a white squirrel all week, but that wasn't our reason for coming to the area. This was a VRBO you could tell the owners live there when not rented out with all the extras.

Graham was super nice and have a great run-down of the house. Comfortable accommodations and good location in town. We will come back.

I was visiting friends and was working remotely from this home. The kitchen was well equipped with everything I needed to cook. I enjoyed working at the kitchen table and moved it so I could look out the window and watch the cardinals, blue jays, and even a white squirrels in the yard. I love having a washer an dryer since I typically pack light and need to do a load of laundry on my travels. Would stay here again! Thank you!

House was great! Plenty of room for our family of 3. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with everything we need. Local coffee provided. Nice backyard with grill and white squirrels. Very easy walk to town in nice neighborhood. Have already booked our return stay.
