This home has EVERYTHING in it—grill, hot tub, collection of movies including most every Disney movie, games, pool table, discs for sledding, kitchen with all the tools, two kinds of coffee makers. It snowed quite a bit during our stay, but the amenities kept us entertained! And the view alone is worth it. You can see all the way to White Sands. We caught a few amazing sunrises and sunsets.

This was our 14th year of making this trip and our second time in this house. The space is great and very accommodating for our group of 16.

It was better than expected. The location is perfect and the views from the decks are absolutely unreal. It’s everything you want plus more. The owner was extremely hospitable and responsive. We went in very early January and the house was still decorated for Christmas and had a two story tall Christmas tree in the den. It was incredible! We will definitely come back.

We really enjoyed your stay in this beautiful mountain home. Our family enjoyed an early Christmas celebration. Our 4-year old had fun with all the toys in the basement, as well as the activities in the room above the garage.

The house is wonderful and clean, with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you need. And the property manager was responsive, professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. We will be back to make more memories!

Hands down the best stocked VRBO we’ve ever rented and it’s the first house we’ve ever been allowed to use the garage which really helped as there is room for 2 cars to parallel park out front and one large or two small cars can fit in garage. Everything we needed and more was in the house. Clear, excellent, prompt communication with the owner. The living room tv cable box/remote wasn’t working on arrival and they had a technician there within 24 hours and all was fixed. Beautiful view from cabin. Sunsets were stunning. Hummingbirds were a delight and we filled the feeders twice while there thanks to a recipe posted in the wet bar. House is spacious and there’s room for large gatherings yet private nooks and crannies everywhere for solitude. We saw deer, raccoons and a fox off the rear balcony. Town is an easy walk downhill. All appliances worked well. Convenient location. Something for everyone in this house- from baby gear to toys to tvs to games to pool table/ping pong table…. Cannot recommend this house enough. Highly recommend!!!!

My siblings and our families (12 adults total) traveled from all over the US to meet in Cloudcroft. This rental accommodated us very well. The common area is large enough to host our family and friends who stopped by. The kitchen has everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group. The location is convenient and easy to get to. The views from the house are breathtaking! The communication with the host was easy and prompt. We found everything we needed and more in the rental provided by the host. We would choose this rental again and recommend it to others.

This is a beautiful, well appointed house that sets within walking distance to town and a great restaurant up street at the Inn. House is comfortable and the neighborhood quiet - highly recommend!!

Our friends and family spent the week at this beautiful home nestled on a hillside edge near Cloudcroft. First of all the communication with the host was great! All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly! Overall the house was just perfect for us. We like to cook and relax and we had everything we ever needed to feel at home. The kitchen had every appliance and kitchen tool provided. Plenty of glassware, stemware and cookware. Super gas stovetop, huge butcher block island, and plenty of counter space. Now to the relaxation. The house sits on a hillside with an elevated deck view of White Sands and the mountains in the distance. Plenty of chairs and rockers to relax and gaze and enjoy the breeze. The hot-tub was clean and fresh and so nice to wind down. Inside the couches and armchairs were very comfy and easy to fall asleep in. The house has an ample layout of space and rooms for large groups. The big room above the garage was a fun spot to hangout and enjoy the pool table, games and tv. And the house downstairs rooms were great for peace and quiet time. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely come back. 5 star all the way!!

This home offered every amenity one could hope for! The views were outstanding from the balconies. We were a group of 10 and had plenty of room to SPREAD out! We love the little village of Cloudcroft, which is within walking distance. Great kitchen and well appointed bathrooms! Host was easy and quick to communicate with my daughter who arrived before me. Host provided plenty of games, puzzles, pool table plus ping pong table for entertainment. I highly recommend this listing…We had a wonderful time!

Great place to relax and enjoy the great outdoors.

This property is stocked with cookware, games, dishes, towels bedding for a large family. We were a family of 10 and had so many sleeping choices, the kids loved the bunk beds and den. We had a super relaxing getaway and walk to town was easy. Great house well maintained and super beautiful but not something you'd be afraid to have kids in. Parking for more than 3 cars could get tight and use the hosts instructions to get to the property google maps will take you a crazy roundabout way. This was wonderful stay and the property is fantastic!

This was an awesome house for our group of 7 adults. There were numerous bedrooms and bathrooms where we could all have some privacy but also fabulous common areas. The kitchen was the best stocked VRBO home we have stayed at for spices and seasonings, cleaning supplies and basics. The views from the balcony were stunning. We had perfect communication with the host and had absolutely no issues. Would highly recommend and we would stay here again if we travel to this area again

The house easily accommodated our group of eight, with lots of room to spare. Probably the best equipped VRBO home hat we have stayed in, an we have stayed in lots. Would definitely do it again. Nice cool temperatures in the small town of Cloudcroft. Great hikes and a fun trip to White Sands, but also relaxation in the hot tub and gazing from the fabulous deck at White Sands and distant mountains. In short, the perfect place to bring everyone together for family time!

We just left Cloudcroft today after staying for five nights. There was 12 of us total including 6 teenagers and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony are stunning. We loved hanging out in the garage studio playing pool. Kevin was very quick to respond when we had a question. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a mountain getaway. It's perfect for family gatherings like ours. We definitely hope to get back to this area again someday.

The house was very well furnished and all 12 of us were able to enjoy being in Cloudcroft, which is a wonderful place for a vacation if you like the outdoors! Lots of trails and places to visit. It snowed while we were there, but the house had plenty of sleds for a Karr Canyon Recreation area trip - and for White Sands as well. Sunsets are gorgeous.

Cloud Croft was such a cute little town and this house was perfect it had everything we needed and then some. I would recommend it for anyone going to the dunes of Hocking in the park.

The property was just as it is advertised. Great for our 2 families of 4 with extra space. Absolutely beautiful views!!! Kevin was very helpful and answered questions expeditiously. For future renters, there isn't a grocery store in Cloudcroft, but there is a Dollar General type store. Great sledding at Karr Canyon Recreation Area near Sunspot!

Location of the property is beautiful and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay with my family and friends. Property was clean and having all the amenities that you need for the stay. Kids loved the arcade games, videos and bunk beds. Kevin was awesome to work with, responds immediately for text messages or call..

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay! Loved the fact there was a beautiful tree for the holiday. On Saturday morning we woke up to snow which was exactly our reason for coming 13 hours to Cloud Croft. Ammentiries were nice and the town was quaint. Thank you!

My family and I stayed at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The home accommodated our family well which ranged from a two-year-old, teenagers, and grandparents. There are plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, stuff to do to accommodate a large family comfortably and happy to recommend staying here.

The stay was very comfortable at the clean property. The house was full of amenities and basic necessities while away such as cleaning products, hygiene products and seasonings. The owner was very accommodating, friendly, and responsive to each call even after hours. The entire group mentioned that the stay was very pleasant with many local area attractions. Our best trip ever!

We came to Cloudcroft to celebrate my 65th birthday with my family. We loved the house. The best supplied kitchen every. The bed and linen were great. Hot tub healed all our aches and pains. Hope to do it again. The weather was great!.

The home was very nice and clean. Listing was accurate. The home had everything needed to cook for a large group. This house is best suited for cooler temperatures. All the vents on the upper levels are in the floor. Because of this it was very hot in the house during day. It also seemed like the owners would override the thermostat and raise the temperature from where we had lowered it. The room above the garage is in need of a cooler/heater unit as well.
