Really like the fact that they have daily room service and the staff were friendly. Kids loved the swimming pools as there was a shallow one for the smaller kids. The beds were comfortable and room was clean.

Few things in the room needed replacing and updating for example the stove was rusted and old, The wardrobe had a broken/warped shelf that should have been replaced and the sink was cracked (didn't cause a issues using it). Also not to forget the windows did not close fully, shocking! but as we were quite high up it didnt bother me as much.

We loved the location.

The staff was awesome. Also the rooms are good and the swimming pool is also well arranged.

The mattresses of the beds are a bit hard and the pillows a bit small.

Great location. Not far away from the beach and restaurants.

The staff was exceptional, and the location is 5 minutes' drive to the beach. The breakfast was really good.

The room was very small for a family of 4 and no privacy since the room didn't have a door. There is no space to put our luggage. the toilet was not well maintained. According to the North American standard, this is a 2-star hotel, not a 4 star.

it was close proximity to restaurants and a 15 minute walk to the beach. They reached the basic needs, off-licences, pharmacies, ATM, restaurants, room size and easy access to taxi.

The language barrier, no willingness to help. lack of interest in helping you find out things Lack of information and interest small pool you have to pay to use the safe lock box

Very clean and tidy, large room and friendly staff.

It is a long walk to anything.
