Lovely place, lots of space and everything we need in a quiet location for us. Great kitchen. Cool even in summer without much AC needed since on lower floor, but with plenty of light. The hosts are very responsive and friendly, with the privacy as if it was your own place.

Owners were very considerate of keeping the place clean, quiet. Bed and pillows were comfy, lovely space. Thank you very much!

My husband and I spent a long weekend at this rental to attend a wedding. It was perfect for what we needed, well equipped, comfortable, close to lots of restaurants. Nice hosts, no complaints. Appreciated the stock of k cups and keurig after a long trip from the east coast.

This is a perfect property if you’re going to Chateau, Ste. Michelle for a concert or if you’re just in the area for a stay, it’s pretty centrally located, and you have access to all kinds of shopping.

The apartment was perfect for us. The open design includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining, and living areas with separate bedroom, full bath and walk-in closet. The host was very attentive to our needs and quite helpful. We would definitely hope to rent this unit again the next time we are in Kirkland.

The place was immaculate, bed comfy, kitchen well stocked, plus tea and coffee on the counter. Host was easy to get a hold of. A picture of the front of the house might make it easier to locate.

Everything was great, nice apartment!

This little basement apartment is close by a lot of different restaurants and the highway, and it's secluded and private. You barely ever hear the upstairs neighbors/hosts, and they are very accommodating. The apartment stays cool in the summers because it is ground-level, but there is additional temperature control for just the basement. The back yard has a lot of weeds but is still nice and private. The overall setup is very comfy and makes you feel at home. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was so helpful and nice. She check to make sure we were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The nights were quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay there again.

My daughter, granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay. We were close to shopping, grocery stores and transportation. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was cold in Seattle while we were there and it would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. Maybe next time. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodation.

Anne is a gracious host, good communication, welcoming. The rental is spacious, with a very nice kitchen. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood. I slept well all four nights of my stay, a welcome rest on a busy trip. Th apartment was nice and clean, and the towels in the bathroom, extra absorbant. Parking my car in the garage was a nice bonus!

I enjoyed getting to know Kirkland by staying at this downstairs apartment. It's a bit musty smelling and could use a coat of paint, but it is clean, comfy, roomy, and would easily accommodate a family of three or four. Marie and her husband are in the process of restoring their backyard, but there is a cute little park hidden away around the corner from them, and it's a great place to hang out outside. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking and/or driving distance. A plus was Juanita Beach Park just a couple miles away at Lake Washington. Marie and her husband live upstairs and are friendly and quick to respond to questions and needs. I liked having garage parking and my own washer and dryer.

This space is perfectly located for anyone visiting this part of Seattle, or even commuting to the city. We enjoyed its proximity to Chateau Ste. Michelle winery for a concert. Although we did not go wine tasting, this is very close to all kinds of wineries. The space is large, the bed quite comfortable, with a fully equipped, full-size kitchen. It was immaculate, and hostess Marie welcomed us warmly, then respected our privacy. We enjoyed the natural backyard and the critters who live there. It is a comfortable home in a very quiet neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

A quiet neighborhood, convenient to the 405. Owner responded quickly to any queries that we messaged her. The guest apartment is on the ground floor of the owner’s home.

My husband and I stay at at least one, sometimes as many as three, rentals per year. We stay both in and out of the US. Have been doing so for 10-12 years now. Out of all those rentals, this was hands-down, the nicest place, with the nicest owners, AND all at a reasonable price! The kitchen is beautiful. I wish I had it at home. Full size, clean fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker with pods, plenty of counter space and any and every pot/pan/utensil you could want. Again - nicer pots and pans than I have at home! The bathroom is gorgeous - love the sink. Marie has a hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner there for you to use. The bed was comfortable. High quality sheets, blankets, pillows, and towels. We were able to park in the garage and use the remote to get in and out, as well as use the washer/dryer in the garage. Marie and Yong were both kind and caring people. Very interesting to talk to. Should we ever return to the area, without a doubt we would stay with Marie and Yong!
