Generally all good. Room service was good.

The restaurants were disappointing, we didn't want buffet food. The bar was rather deserted most of the time and closed early. It would have been nice to have had a more Moroccaan flavour to the interior design. One of the bar men was unhelpful and didn't want to give me ice when requested. The grounds were a little disappointing.

Location , facilities and staff especially Mis Fatin at the reception, she was very helpful.

The hotel location was excellent for everything including shopping and walking distance from ocean . Also the staff were very helpful and supportive with me including the reciiption staff and special thanks to Abdessamie and his colleagues for the High morals and advice them to keep the same momentum .I recommend all families and singles to reserve in this hotel

the bed pillow were old and not suitable to be present in five stars hotel, thus, I advice the owner to review the furniture and improve the quality .

The rooms are spacious and have comfortable beds. Each room has a private balcony which is pleasant. I very much appreciated that the room was quiet despite the property facing a rather busy roundabout. I also liked the breakfast with huge choice of fresh food, both Moroccan specialties and international breakfast items. The cooked-to-order eggs and omelets were a nice bonus, and the chef was very friendly and helpful.

While staying in the hotel was a pleasant experience, it certainly did not live up to its five star rating. It is more a four star establishment with limited facilities. Despite the nice weather, there was no water in the pool. To make it worse, the entire outside seating area was closed off. At the same time, the indoor pool and spa was closed due to Ramadan. There was no business center either, even though the reception desk helped me out when I had to print and scan a document. Probably the worst part is the lack of attention to detail. While breakfast was wonderful, things were often a bit messy. Coffee machines out of order, plates that were not cleaned properly, seemingly confused staff at times. Even though we were staying with two people in the room, it was prepared for only one guest. The sign at the entrance was broken. The carpets in the corridors were worn out. All little things that indicate a lack of maintenance that doesn't match the status of the hotel and how it is represented on booking.com and its own website. It was clear the staff was doing all the could, but management could do a much better job.
