Owner was very communicative even before we arrived. House was well stocked and a great location right next to the Cabana club but off the main road. Had one issue while there but it was taken care of in a timely manner. Our pup absolutely loved the window on the stairs where he could look out whenever he wanted.

This was a great house. The views from living and master br were fantastic. House was well stocked and clean. May need a good spraying for bugs, however, bugs are not uncommon for this area. Loved the wildlife and access to the pier. We were disappointed in the food at restaurants that offered dinner. Overall we loved the island and the house and will definitely stay here again.

Our family had such a wonderful vacation staying at this property. If you want a slice of Heaven....This is the place for you! First of all, Hank had fantastic communication the entire time and answered all questions quickly and in a timely manner. Second of all, the home was immaculately clean and there were no bugs. This was something I truly appreciated. Third, the views from all four of the porches were breathtaking. Fourth, the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything that we needed for the entire week. Finally, the location is awesome if you have small children. The Cabana Club and the Activity Center were within walking distance. We were so pleased with this property and we loved every minute of our time spent here. We will definitely stay here again! It was truly paradise! Thank you!!!

When you pay what they charge for a week’s stay, you expect that the property would be clean. This house failed miserably. Live cockroach, beetles, spiders and two of us had a flea jump on us from sitting in the same chair. Food on floor between fridge and counter, spider webs in corners of most rooms, sheets that had dog hair on them, coating of dust on fixtures and baseboards that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Even a Motel 6 is cleaner. Wouldn’t ever stay here again!

Great location, views, house and host. With a golf cart rental everything was accessible, and cabana club and pool were quick walk. It was clean and Hank is a great host. We will come again.

This property is exactly as described. All fresh paint and clean. Great views from every balcony. Large area right across the street to walk dogs. It’s on a dead end street so not a lot of traffic. Owner responds very quickly to any questions. We will stay again , only for longer!

We were thrilled to find a property with an ocean view that allowed us to bring our dogs. The property is comfortable, well-equipped, and managed by a very helpful owner. The most important consideration for us was getting to bring all of our dogs, so we were pleased with an accommodation that was set up to host a family with dogs - comfortable, clean, but not so finely appointed that we could not relax and enjoy the home. We will plan another trip to Fripp Island, and would certainly stay here again.

Great views. Excellent property for a variety of ages. Plenty of parking and overflow. We will stay here if possible on our next visit to Fripp Kitchen is well stocked and the host is excellent.

Plenty of room! Everyone had their own space. The view was spectacular. The location amazing! The beds super comfy. Having beach chairs for us to use was a huge space saver in our packing. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay at 21 Veranda Beach.

We all found the house to be an excellent choice! We would stay there again.

Exceptionally well maintained and decorated house with great ocean view from the back porches. The house had everything necessary for a perfect family vacation, location, kitchen utensils and lots of room. Would be my first choice for the next stay on Fripp Island.

Beautiful views and quiet neighborhood in a desirable location close to the family pool and activity center, playground/basketball court. House had 4 separate balconies great for enjoying different views. Owner was extremely responsive. Would definitely rent again.

The island is beautiful. We were able to see it all from the golf cart that was included with the rental. Love the fact that it’s dog friendly. The owners made renting easy and affordable.

Very relaxing getaway. Much needed break from COVID craziness.

Communication was excellent with the owner. Property was as described. My only complaint is regarding the golf cart. I had reached out to the owner and asked if one was available, which it was. It was after I paid that I was informed that the cart had issues with staying charged and advised that I could rent a cart from various places, which I ended up doing. So, my issue is that I paid extra to rent a golf cart when it was supposed to be included. However, the house is nice and in a good location.

I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this property. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and well stocked. All you need to bring are your beach towels, clothes, toiletries (soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided), and your food. We really appreciated the extra stuff that was here, such as cleaning products, laundry and dish detergent, cooking oil, coffee filters and so on. Every room has a nice porch with comfy sitting. The living room and master bedroom has ocean views. The living room and bedrooms all have TVs. Board games are in the closet downstairs. The room inside the garage has some gadgets in case you need them. Beach chairs are also in the garage. This house is a 2 minute walk from the cabana club, where the family pools are. There's a restaurant and bar there as well. The pier is a few minutes walk away. We went on a sunset kayak trip that can be booked at the activity center across from the house. Every day they show the kids a different animal (it's free) and have other kid friendly activities available there as well. Having a golf cart with the property was a wonderful touch! A big thank you to Hank for making this vacation a special one.

Very well stocked, lots of beach chairs available. Pool is a 2 minute walk. Beach is about 10 minute golf cart ride on the included cart. The pier is a short walk. Lots of wild life in the backyard. Overall a great house that will definitely be on our list if we visit Fripp island again. Hank was very far to respond to anything we needed.

We all loved this home, very comfortable beds and furniture. It's about a 30 second walk to the cabana beach club (my 7 year old granddaughters favorite place). Well organized and clean and we will definitely be back.

Such a fun week at Fripp island in this gem of a home. The location was great as we enjoyed the quiet dead-end street and short walk to the pier to fish and watch the sunsets. The beach was a quick golf cart ride away and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing family get away. Our family of 5 enjoyed the set up of the bedrooms so each child had their own bed ( king, queen and queen + single). I especially enjoyed the extra large capacity washer and dryer too. It is clear the owner takes pride in this home as everything was well taken care of and kept up nicely. The beds and bedding were also comfy as was the furniture. overall a great stay- I also appreciated the quick and helpful responses from Hank as well. Thanks so much for sharing your home!

Owner communicated very well. This location is very private & close to the Cabana Pool. Since it was after Labor Day a few places were seasonal on island. Otherwise a great stay.

Hank was an amazing host. He was timely with his responses, and answered all my questions in detail. Hank provided all check-in instructions shortly after booking. The property was perfect. The view was perfect, as it was technically an "inlet" but really captured marsh and ocean. The home was clean, open and inviting. We will definitely return.

We had such a great time and enjoyed our stay at this wonderful beach house! The views from all 4 of the porches are excellent and we spent every morning and evening relaxing in a rocking chair or hammock enjoying them. The house was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the golf cart that was included and loved cruising the island. The house is super close to the Cabana Club and pool which was so nice for us since we have 2 young kids. I would highly recommend this beach house and plan on coming back next summer!

Our stay at this Veranda Beach home was terrific. Though we have vacationed at Fripp for many many years, this was our first stay in the Veranda Beach neighborhood. We liked the proximity of the pier and loved the end of island views from the porches. The evening breezes on the porches were great, and the frog songs after evening rains made us smile. The house has a relaxed beach vibe and provided everything that we needed. Extra pillows and blankets in the closets add extra comfort, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking complex meals. A full bathroom for every bedroom is a bonus, and the large capacity washer and dryer were helpful. Our family loves Fripp, and we all enjoyed our stay at this nice home. It provided a comfortable and lovely place for us to gather and enjoy Fripp's views and many activities.

We had a wonderful time and are so grateful for Hank's hospitality. The location is perfect, the property fit 4 adults with ease, and we enjoyed the community around from the pier to the pool. One reminder: bring beach towels, soap / shampoos, laundry and dish detergent. Everything else is provided.
