The property was just as expected, neat and clean, and the distance to beach was perfect. Our grandkids were ecstatic with being able to quickly arrive at the shore and also visit the park and ice cream parlors, all conveniently located within walking distance. Our host Linda was extremely pleasant and helpful with anything we asked. Will definitely love to book again

the location and the size of the property was perfect for me and my wife with our small havanese poodle.
Saturday my daughter and the grand babies came down for dinner and the spare room worked perfectly.
the extra 1/2 bathroom and the 5 min walk to the beach was also a bonus.

Very clean and great location! Some of the appliances are a little dated and the bathroom is small but it worked perfect for us! Would definitely stay again. The hosts are also great at communication and very friendly! I agree with other reviewers that the main space and bedrooms did feel larger than in the photos plenty of space.

Linda & Rocco are kind and accommodating hosts! We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful beach home. I loved how open the layout was, much bigger than I expected. The added bonus was being able to bring our two dogs. We can’t wait to book this listing again. Best ice on the beach!!

The photos on the listing make the property look smaller than it is. My husband, our two children, and our dog had ample space to relax comfortably between beach outings in this rental. Conveniently located near peaceful Brigantine beach, and in close proximity to boardwalk and restaurants in Atlantic City, we would definitely stay here again. The owners are very personable and prompt in their responses to our questions. Thank you!

We decided to take a last minute beach trip and we’re delighted to find this place. Owners were very responsive and friendly. Place is at a great location! Clean and easy to find everything we needed. Larger than I thought it was which was nice as well. Definitely would recommend!

The fridge is old and ice didn't come out. It said gated yard but was more like a small alley. It showed a table and chair but not sure if that was on the rental property or not. The recliners on the couch did not work. The location was great.

This is my fourth year renting in Brigantine, both off season and in season. My second renting a property from Gina and Rocco. It’s clean, comfortable, and they provide things like paper towel, toilet paper, and bedding. When I arrived weather outside was still cool, but inside it was warm enough. The next day the weather teacher 80’s and I got home to a cool place without putting on the ac. The overhead fans and blinds seemed to keep the temperature just right. There is an outdoor porch with table where you can view the sunset. There is a property manager on site if you need anything. I will be returning. Thank you.

A quick trip for spring break during a cool weather week. Location was perfect- 3 blocks to the beach!, Quiet, safe and close to a classic deli for breakfast and lunch. Comfy bed an extra plus. Shower could use an upgrade, but I wasn’t there for the bathroom and the outdoor shower in the summer would do the trick!

My family and I stayed here for a short weekend and had a blast! Prime location, large space, and very clean. We have an infant on the ground/crawling, so cleanliness was super important to us - everything was above expectations! Communication with the owner was excellent, they replied right away and gave personal contact info incase we needed anything else. We are already planning our next getaway. Thanks for having us! :)

Great hosts! Their home is lovely, has everything you need! Powder room off kitchen is a great bonus, as is the washer and dryer. Small fenced in area out back door was very convenient for taking our dog outside. We enjoyed the small deck and grill out front. Nice area within walking distance to eateries and drug/convenience stores. Close and easy walk to a really nice beach. We would definitely go back!

The only suggestion I have is I wish the cleaning materials which was used to clean the place was odorless. When we entered the place we had to keep the windows open for some time to get ride of the very strong cleaning chemicals odor.

Our party was 2 adults, 1 child and our dog. Tons of space for all of us, pet friendly and close to the beach. The property owners were extremely accommodating with requests and communication was excellent. Just a great experience start to finish.
