No facilities... Games are broken... swimming pool cannot be used without booking... It's always full.. swimming pool is so small... breakfast of very average..no room clean service...beds are not cleaned

It is very well located (right at the tip of the peninsula, very close to the lighthouse and the main beaches) and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a hotel which, probably a long time ago, was on the "luxurious" level. However, it has now become a "below basic" option for lodgings in La Paloma. Our room (224) had two large, black humidity stains on the ceiling and a hairdryer which did not work; there was no key to the safe in the wardrobe and the wi-fi signal did not reach the room (it could only be used at certain, public locations in the building. The breakfast is rather basic and some of its items were "rationed" per guest.

Good location right in the main street /centre of la Paloma. Reception and restaurant staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are like the photos and met my expectations based on value for money.

Bathroom needs some refurbishment and could have been cleaner.

The breakfast is very good. The location is great, you are right there on the main street and close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Julia, at the reception, is really friendly and cooperative.

Some facilities of the hotel are out of date. The cleanliness of the whole hotel could be improved.
