The property was perfectly located with the most accommodating staff. Couldn’t ask for a better stay especially for the value. I will be visiting again.

The valet is very good and the attendant has the best manners he is very polite and friendly makes you feel safe and welcome. Overall the facility is great and high quality. It make you feel like your in a mansion with the chandelier and most importantly the location is the best and price point is very good.
Not having a an elevator but the attendant is very helpful to everyone which makes up for this small inconvenience. But not to mention the great attitude

Great location if you want to be close to everything.
Room #15 had a bad smell. Sink has permanent brown stain, toilet has brown stain around the seat cover attachment , shower drain had black stain around it. But the worst of all is the bad smell coming from the bathroom. The smell is like a sewage or build up that hasn't been cleaned. Also the bathroom in that room is so small.you have to scoot inside and close the door to be able to use the toilet.

Muy mala comunicación , aunque la aplicación te confirma tu reservación, al hablar al hotel y mencionar que llegaría yo más tarde ellos no garantizan la reserva . En pocas palabras tu reservación es una moneda al aire así te lo hacen saber .

Check in muy rápido, café de cortesía rico durante todo el día, cama cómoda, todo muy limpio, calefacción funciona muy bien, TV muy grande y moderna, ubicación muy buena en el centro de la ciudad

Location was good, access to pretty much everything you need. Very clean.
Rooms were small. Ongoing Construction outside made it difficult to sleep in. Although they accommodated us with a different room (Smaller Bed) due to the noise. The Bed was only a Queen Size Mattress on a wood foundation that made several noises when lying in the bed.

The location , secure parking, the vibe, cleanliness, throughout, kindness of staff, the restaurant, the coffee, and the bed was magnificent !! Rooms are small but cozy! Roku, Historical building. Really nice. Can't wait to stay again.
Everything was great. One observation that im sure was not intentional was the girl at front desk should do her computer work somewhere else since she can't interact with guests. No smile and when waiting in line it makes
Guests feel like she doesn't want to help us or her co workers. .

When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that they had cnaceled our reservation because we "were late" (at 8 PM). The hotel neither let us know in advance nor tried to contact us. Very disappointing.

Very friendly staff, fast check-in. I've stayed here before multiple times. In the center of all the bars and clubs on revolucion. Definitely recommend the double king suit.

Staff we're super friendly and nice love the location room was very nice and clean everything worked only thing we didn't care for was the parking and stairs No Elevator 🤣🤣😂 lol I know I know all in all a great friendly place. ELIAS

amazing, I love hotel ceasar I stay here all the time.
so this is new, the check in time is only from 3pm-5pm. you only have a two hour window to check in or they give your room up. luckily I called to confirm as I was planning on arriving last 5. had I not, I would’ve lost the room. if you’re planning on staying there, keep that in mind. 3pm-5pm only check in.

Very clean, good central location, updated mid-century architecture. Morning coffee available, ice available and accessible. Updated television and wi-fi technology. Room size was OK, furnishings updated and well maintained.
No elevators/ room was close to street making it very noisy/bathroom very small with a very noisy fan making it preferable to use the toilet in the dark. Sink area also very tight and small. TV signal went in and out, limited channels.
Hallway widths are very narrow making it single file use only, very disturbing. No closets to hang your clothes. No refrigerator or place to cool items.
