Such a convenient location to walk around the Village. The home was comfortable and well-stocked. Would definitely stay again. Wes was a great host.

We stayed at the Timmel house during US Open week and it was perfect. Close to the village and easy to access the tournament. The host communicated often and was very helpful. The house was clean and well furnished. We especially enjoyed coffee on the screen porch. Look forward to going back. On our final night we walked to Pine Crest Inn for a great dinner.

Traveled in town for a wedding at the Carolina hotel. The location of this property is perfect-- just a couple blocks away from the town center so it's quiet but walkable.

This rental was perfect for our college girlfriend reunion. Four of us met there and had a great time. The house is in a great location. You can walk to just about everything in the Pinehurst Village or take a short drive. The house is clean and had everything we needed. I wish we had booked it for an extra night.

We loved walking to everything. We walked to the Pinehurst golf courses multiple times to eat, shop, and watch. We ate in town (2 min walk) multiple times. Enjoyed the screened in porch.

Perfect location in the heart of the old Village of Pinehurst. Cute ranch home that has been remodeled and fit our 5 adults comfortably. Easy check in and checkout. We were in town for a wedding and it was so convenient to our events and an easy walk to restaurants and shops. Our host even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. Highly recommend

If you're looking for the perfect walkable location in the village this is it! Great home, very comfortable, perfect for my parents who find steps a challenge, loved the back screened porch for coffee. Very comfortable and perfect location. Wes is very helpful and was a joy to meet and play a few holes with. Thank you Wes and Anna...wonderful trip.

We have spent the month of April in Pinehurst for the past several years! We have stayed in some very nice properties but this one is our favorite. Just steps for the center of the Village, The Pinecrest Inn, the Pinehurst Brewery and all of the Pinehurst properties. Our daily walks let us explore the winding roads throughout the Village! Very comfortable and quite. Highly recommend especially for a longer term stay!

College friends for 50 years! Pinehurst is Our home away from home. House is perfect for us and can’t beat the location! Charming and spotless. Fresh flowers and a welcome bottle of wine. Cocktails on the screened in porch every evening. A yearly tradition!

The was exactly what we were looking for in the village of Pinehurst. A short walk to restaurants and shops. The pictures on line truly represents what you will see when you open the door for the first time. We felt like we were home every time we walked in the door.

Absolutely perfect property. Three college golf buddies down for a charity tournament. The rest of the participants were staying at the Pine Crest Inn just across the street. We were so much more comfortable in a home with a yard, and the location was excellent. I would stay here every trip to Pinehurst if possible!

Charming home in a perfect location!
This was our first VRBO experience and we couldn’t have asked for a better home. The owners have created a warm and inviting place to stay that is so close to everything. They have it well decorated and it feels like a comfortable home. Other family members stayed in different houses around Pinehurst and we got to see a few of them over the weekend. They were much more sterile by comparison and one even had a stove that didn’t work! This place had books, and magazines, and even a few toys for the toddler. The owners were very responsive to questions. I would stay here again.

Great property
We had a great stay at the property. It is very conveniently located in the village of Pinehurst. It provides easy access to golf and all of the other amenities in town. A short drive up the road and you’re in Southern Pines with access to a lot of great shops and restaurants. The communication with the owner was exceptional before and during our stay. We will definitely return!

Perfect Spa Weekend
Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated home just steps away from the village and spa. Our spa experience was very enjoyable, with a delicious lunch at Holly Inn afterwards, followed by shopping, a stop at the locally owned book store, and coffee at Roast Master. Great for our party of five!

Great Stay!
Came up for U.S. Kids Golf tournament week and loved this home! Great hosts, made us feel right at home. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and a great kitchen, and a nice screened porch and private yard out back for an after round drink. The location is amazing, 500 feet up the street to historical Pinehurst and all it has to offer, 1000 feet down the street to the Pinehurst Brewery, my favorite spot. The courses are all only 5-10 minutes away depending on where you play. Highly recommended, we'll be back, thanks Wes and Anna!

Perfect location to downtown Pinehurst
I was very pleased with the overall upgraded condition of the property. The owners have done a great job maintaining this cute 3 bedroom home. We had a few minor issues that Wes took care of quickly. We often come to Pinehurst and I will certainly consider staying at the Immel House in the future.

The Perfect Spot
I was extremely impressed with the house, the location, and the ease of the checking in / out process. The house was both super clean and had supplies to help if needed (additional soap, coffee, paper towels, etc.). Property manager communicated in advance and afterwards to see if we needed anything! Located right in town walking distance to shops / restaurants. The sun room and the open living space was a big bonus. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Home In The Heart of Pinehurst
This home is a gem, located truly in the village with walking access to shops and restaurants and bikes to take you further if needed. The house was cute, clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this house and the hosts who made us feel more like welcome personal guests than renters.

Great girls Weekend
Wonderful property and wonderful location for our girls weekend! The house was meticulous and well appointed, down to the fresh lemons and limes provided. The back screened porch was shaded and was perfect for sipping beverages. Could walk to everything we needed and only moved one car one time. We love coming to Pinehurst and will definitely be staying at Timmel House again! Thank you, Wes And Anna

Perfect place to stay in Pinehurst
The Timmel house is a wonderful place to stay during a trip to Pinehurst. The house itself is in beautiful condition, clean, and just like in the pictures. Wi-Fi speeds were great - 230 Mbps. And the location is perfect. There's not a better or more central location to be found in all of Pinehurst. It's only a short walk to anything you want or need.
