Appartamento bello e moderno. Biancheria fornita. Presenti stoviglie e pentole per cucinare ed un microonde. Ma la cosa più bella è la vista spettacolare sul mare per sedersi sul balcone e dimenticarsi del mondo guardando un tramonto mozzafiato. Il residence si trova in una zona tranquilla a 8 minuti dal centro di Juan Dolio (macchina consigliata), formato da 3 blocchi con reception e piscina, spiaggia senza accesso al mare, al quale si può accedere da un vialetto non molto distante dal condominio (spiaggia pubblica). La Sig.ra Natalia gentilissima e premurosa: attenta a tutte le nostre esigenze e dandoci consigli utili per tutto. Se in futuro tornerò a Juan Dolio sceglierò sicuramente questo appartamento: consigliatissimo.

El amanecer y atardecer de la playa ,la piscina, la TV y el aire acondicionado

No hay agua dulce para un aseo personal y poder cocinar en condiciones, hemos tenido que comprar botellones de agua para poder hacerlo, dicen que hay limpieza diaria pero en toda la estancia no vino nadie ya que teníamos que estar ala disposición de los horarios de ellos y no nos dieron otra solución con el horario, para que puedan limpiar ya que nosotros teníamos nuestras excursiones programadas ,en la habitación había muchos bichos y polvo ,cobran suplemento de 10 dolares por limpieza y toallas

the ocean was beautiful and the pool was awesome. We also enjoyed the restaurant across the street. The staff was very friendly.The property was exceptional.

I am a woman, a full length mirror in the apartment is always nice. I was in need of a fan at night, but I pulled through. Coffee pot is nice to have a coffee in the morning to enjoy the view of the ocean on the balcony. The property was exceptional.

View was amazing. AC IN BEDROOM WAS GREAT. pool was nice. Very quiet.

Water in shower was salt or ocean water. Was water issues in faucet. AC in living room didn't work. Bathroom by the front entry door. CONVIENTLY located. Easy check in. Internet was great

the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable, I stayed at apartment C407, and this is extremely important, since this is a condominium residency and not all apartments are in good shape, but this one specifically I highly recommend, everything worked well, air conditioner, internet with high speed, allowed me to work without any interruptions. I was very pleased. The view from this apartment is stunning.

the residential itself is not all that. keep in mind that this complex is located at the end of the small town where there is no beach access, it is solely ocean front.
