Great location and nice amenities, could have been cleaner

We have been coming to the Windsor Hills resort complex for several years now. Each time, staying in a new unit. Sunjit's unit was very lovely and nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the tennis courts, as we played pickle ball several times during our stay. For those with smaller kids, the walk to the pool may have been a bit far, but my kids ages 8 to 11 had no problem. We won't hesitate to book this unit again. Thank you Sunjit for a great stay.

We had an great time at the Mickey condo! Just a short distance from Walt Disney World! Shopping and dinning all down the road in minutes of driving. Arriving was a breeze and staff all made us feel welcomed. The pool was perfect for all ages. The condo was clean and welcoming will all you could need. They’ve thought of everything for kids down to nightlights everywhere and a step stool in the bathroom. The master bed was a little to hard for our comfort. Being so tired from the days at Disney it didn’t faze us much. Much recommend here!

Home was perfect, 12 min from Disney parks, about 30 min from universal. It was easy in and out to property. Well decorated lovely home. Our 9yo daughter loved the bunks, switched from top to bottom on different nights. Great price. Sujit was easily accessible.

Sujit was so quick to respond and tend our needs while we stayed on his property! My family truly enjoyed the stay!

A fun decorated condo with space for kids- includes everything you’d need for little ones. The space was comfortable and clean and had all amenities to make one able to relax after a day at the parks.

We had a wonderful stay with our 3-year old and 7-year old. The condo was beautifully decorated and the toys were a great perk! We loved the pool, waterpark, and park. A beautiful community. We will definitely visit again!

Here are the good and bad highlights of our 5-night stay. The Good: Windsor Hills is a wonderful resort. It’s clean, well-maintained and grounds were lush. Pool is perfect for kids at only 4ft deep and the splash pad and slides were a blast. Front desk was friendly. Location is close to the Disney parks and Walmart. Condo is quiet on the end of the top floor, easy parking, short walk to pool, and quick drive to playgrounds. Communication with Sujit was good. He provided a lengthy FAQ and was extremely responsive via email throughout the entire process, including responding to my detailed positive and negative feedback. The Bad: The condo needs a refresh and deep clean. The floor was sticky and grimy. The rug, patio, counters, couches, curtains, light switches, bed frames, and air vents were all dirty. No cleaning supplies were available. The walls were scuffed, and the Disney decals peeling off. The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, and the kids fought over who had to sleep on the worst mattress. The linens were marked and stained, and no extra sheets or blankets were available. The towels were old and worn. Overall, the condo needs lots of TLC - and Sujit seemed committed to fixing the issues.

Place seems clean online but it's dirty. I felt like a maid, I had to wash towels and do that and do that. It's so many rules that you have to follow, I didnt feel like I was on vacation.

We stayed here with our 3 young kids for our Disney trip and the location was perfect. The kids loved their room! The host was very accommodating and let us check in a day early due to our original plans not working out. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Condo well stocked with everything you need for a Disney family vacation - double stroller, booster chairs, etc. Resort community with many amenities - arcade, fantastic pool and water slide, splash pad, tennis courts, ice cream shop. Would stay again!

Overall a beautiful condo, well equipped to keep your little ones busy during down time on your vacation! Only issue we had was the bunk beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on. (My husband and I slept in there with our son & gave my in laws the adult bedroom) Other than that 10/10 would recommend for your trip to Disney. My son loved the room and all the Mickey decals!

Our condo had absolutely everything that we needed. The location was great, the amenities were great. Overall excellent experience! I highly recommend this property.

This is a nice, clean condo, with a good location for visiting the Disney Parks. The owner was easy to deal with and the check in/check out process was seamless. The complex is gated, and be sure to follow the rules for gate entry. If you use a ride share service to the parks, ask at the gate the process for ride share drivers to get through the gate. Also - for coffee drinkers - the condo had a drip coffee maker (bring your own filters and coffee) and also a single cup Keurig coffee maker. Thank you for a well maintained vacation rental!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mickey Mouse condo! The condo is clean and modern. It suited our family of four very well. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and washer/dryer. It is close proximity to Disney parks and many other amenities and restaurants. The resort also has a wonderful pool facility… Huge heated pool, hot tub, splash pad and waterslides. We would highly recommend! Sujit was a fantastic host and answered many questions prior to arrival - thank you!

Having stayed at many different locations in Orlando, we always end up coming back to Windsor Hills. Best one we've found and the atmosphere is great for kids. This condo is as pictured and made a great base for our vacation. Excellent communication with Sujit. Would recommend for any family vacation.

Wonderful condo! Close to Disney. Owner was always available to help with any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay to relax and enjoy some days at the parks.

Great location. We found traveling to Disney via rental car very easy from the condo. The kids enjoyed the many toys provided, and having a double stroller and crib provided was so helpful. Pool was beautiful and heated enough to use even on the days that were cooler. Splash pad and water slides not heated so we did not use those but kids didn’t mind. Nice playground on site. Only recommendation would be to have some starter items in the kitchen such as oil, salt, pepper. Tough to cook much without these staples, but don’t want to buy for just a few days. Overall a great stay with two toddlers visiting Disney!

Wonderful and very practical place to stay with children, while on vacation in Orlando. Very close to Disney parks, and lots of fun with the water slides and pool. Sujit always answered promptly to our questions before and during our stay. Thank you very much!

We had a wonderful time in this condo. It was very clean, everything was as described. The check in process was easy. Sujit was always very responsive and helpful, he ansered our questions very fast. The condo is very close to Disney parks and a short 25 min drive to Universal and Sea World. The pool area and amenities were great for the kids. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Sijuit was wondefull to deal with, always eager to help & checking in via email of course to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. Loved to enjoy a relaxing night at the pool after a long day of adventure parks, extremely close to all the theme parks so we never had to deal w/a lot of traffic.

We loved the Mickey Mouse condo. Very clean and perfect for families. Our toddler loved the kid room. VERY close to Disney. I'm not sure it could have been any closer! A few suggestions to future guests - if you plan to cook, bring non-stick spray (for the waffle maker!) and salt & pepper :)

Can’t say enough good things about this place. Place had everything we needed, very clean, responsive owner and close to everything. Will definitely be looking to book this place the next time we are in Orlando!
