the building manager was very friendly and helpful. the apartment was specious and comfortable. my wife and two daughters stayed there for a week and had a great time. also Barbra the owner was very communicative via the booking !app. I highly recommend the Bunda apartments for your next stay in Davos

Great accomodation at a central spot. Friendly host and very helpfull. Very cosy appartment and great beds! Above all, it was very clean ! There were constructionworks on the building. This was stated before booking and a discount was given. However, there were soms noises and disruption, but this was not the fault of the host or accomodation. For sure a great stay and friendly host!

great location for nordic and alpine skiing.

The apartment was quite big.

All apliances were really old. The main door lock was jammed coupe times. The lift was broken at the last day of our stay. The was a smell in the apartment. The parking is 'demanding'. There were heaps of snow on the parking lot. The quality to price ratio is really low.

we had trouble with checkin and key safe not working, off-site manager sorted and offered a nice gesture to compensate for our stress

The building seems a bit rundown, especially the staircase and the outer fassade.

This property is just next to the cross-country skiing. For us this was ideal as we are keen XC skiers. We were also very impressed by the management. Questions were answered rapidly and improvement requests addressed immediately.

The studio has had some renovation made, but the fact is that the house is quite old. The elevator is also quite small although made for 3 persons.

It was very easy to book the appartment beforehand in Finland and we got also some extra service concerning the living in it. Everything went fast and convenient. Also it worth to menson about the tickets for the public transportation and the lifts.

Everything was just fine. One small thing to add would be the lid for plate in the micro.

Nice apartment and location. Good price.
