Great stay! Home was clean and looked like the pictures. Property owner was quick to respond to questions and there were no issues during our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Sylvia's Wasaga Beach cottage. What a truly lovely place. Sylvia is a very thoughtful host, considering all the little details. There was even a wagon, chairs, umbrella and sand toys to take to the beach. The home was spotless and the location was perfect. If you can book this place - do it, you won't regret it. We were four adults - parents and grandparents and then our four year old daughter. Tons of space for everyone. The kitchen is also well-stocked with any tool or appliance you could need. To get to the beach, you need only walk across the street. What a dreamy place. We loved it. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sylvia.

This was our first time staying at a cottage and Sylvia’s place did not disappoint! Our family of four (2 teens) went with my brother’s young family and found the place perfect for our needs. The proximity to the beach was a huge plus! Sylvia set things up so that you have everything you need! Highly recommended

Beautiful home and very comfortable stay. Enjoyed the location close to beach however busy road as property on main road. Appreciated that it was fenced it so was safe for little ones. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Communication with Sylvia was a breeze, she made the booking and check in process easy and was available to answer my questions. This is a beautiful property with all the amenities. Plenty of space for a family with kiddos - my favourite was the outdoor dining on the deck. It was so nice to get out there every morning to start our day. The beach is ridiculously close and isn't overly populated, giving our family lots of room to lounge and swim. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family escape to Wasaga beach!

We had a great time with the family at this beautifull and convinient house , just a short walk from the Beach . I recommand it to everyone who wants to press pause and enjoy everything that the coast has to offer !! Just perfect!!!

This is a beautiful, clean modern home with a spacious deck. It’s two minutes walk to a private beach and a 2 min drive to the town. We would definitely stay again.

My family ( 5 adults, a 5 year old and an 8 month old) truly enjoyed our short but wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage. It was exactly as described and super comfortable and roomy. The huge deck out front was constantly enjoyed regardless of the weather. We ate all of our meals outdoors, most of us played there and some of us even napped there. All the appliances were top notch and there even was a wagon to help carry the beach umbrella and chairs (provided) as well as your own beach needs to the beach. The beach is so close that if you have forgotten anything you could get it and be back in the water in minutes. Ice cream is a short pleasant walk away. All in all we all had a great time and would not hesitate to return.
