Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was very welcoming upon arrival and felt homey. We came during the off season it seemed like as most restaurants nearby closed fairly early or weren’t open at all. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. We really liked the fireplaces in each of the living rooms and used them during our stay. The WiFi isn’t very strong there and was hard to use for watching movies on our fire stick. It worked fine for other typical browsing. The fridge ice maker was broken on the door, which was disappointing. I also felt like it could use a deep clean as there were noticeable cob webs behind the nightstands and quite a bit of dust on the stairs edges. Overall, I was happy with our stay and would definitely do it again. The hot tub is awesome and was relaxing after a long day of riding around. We also really liked that they provided games to play as well as bean bag boards. The garage was nice to have to park the sidfe by sides in as well. There’s a nice German restaurant nearby called the sled haus i believe that has really good food.

We were close to trails and other activities for convenience. We also had a 2 car garage. The house was clean and comfortable. The staff at Black Hills Adventures were very friendly and easy to deal with. This was our 2nd experience with them and hope to do it again.

Only 2 things that were not up to our standards was the fact that the immediate area wasn't mowed down. There's thistle weeds chest high all the way around the side and rear of the cabin so there was no yard area to relax on. The other problem was the cabin wasn't cleaned very well. The grease trap on grill was completely full and dust and debris behind headboard of bed. But came equipped with everything you would need and very quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again

The weeds were waist high so we were unable to enjoy the grounds. We asked for an early check in due to having to cut our weekend short due to a death in the family, we were told we had to wait until 4. It would’ve been nice to get in early since we left a day earlier than planned and still paid for that evening. All in all the place was nice and there was plenty of room for everyone. We would stay there again.

Main floor bathtub does not drain, therefore the tub had a dirty ring around the inside. I would also suggest shampoos, soaps and such for showers

I love the neighborhood and home! I have rented many times in this neighborhood! Only thing I dislike is no Televisions in the bedrooms! Other than that, perfect stay!

House was nice, clean and in good neighborhood. House had everything we needed, the only thing wrong was in the listing say that one bedroom had two full bed and instead they were small bunk beds. Other than that it was perfect.

All was good. Could have been cleaner very dusty and the clock needs batteries. Would have liked to see the noxious weeds taken care of as they were up to my chest

Great location and the community center was a plus with the pool and hot tub at the house also. Tons a kitchen dishes and things to use to cook like at home.

We introduced the wives to the Black Hills via motorcycles! Not a better place to return to after a day on the road. Location, neighborhood, amenities, and check-in communication were awesome! House was large enough for us all. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Will definitely return!

The esthetic of the property was everything the pictures showed and more! We all loved it! Easy to find and easy to Uber to and from Deawood for a night out. Close to Terry Peak. The ONLY complaint I would have is there was not a full length mirror anywhere in the house (its literally the ONLY thing I could think of!) On the plus side - the windows are huge and tinted so they make for a good mirror haha. Anyways, great home, great location, and great price!
