Location great. Roomy apartment. Good air con.

No WiFi No internet TV Not so keen on the outdoor kitchen. I didn’t use it so not a big issue for me but if I expected to be using it I wouldn’t like it.

The room was clean and fresh, there was noting wrong with the room. Location is great

Reception staff at resort, very grumpy receptionist . The resort is very tired. Outside needs a good tidy up and lick of paint. Pool area very dated and looks like they have just knocked down stairs or something to the pool and not finished the job. Shame there is no shade over the pool, it was like a bath.

Pool was a little disapointing

Great quiet location in the best part of town. The apartment was very clean. The rooms were spacious and well decorated with an ensuite in the main bedroom plus a full bathroom. Well equipped outdoor kitchen with everything needed to cook or serve meals. Great pool facilities and large patio.

Beds would benefit from a mattress topper as they were hard and could feel the springs.

Location was perfect and the room was very spacious with a large king size bed and very nice large lounge furniture. All staff were very friendly and helpful

The bathroom needs to be updated

The apartment was amazing, fresh and modern in appearance, very spacious and comfortable.

How ever the court yard out side the kitchen, patio area was very messy, dirty and untidy looking. Pavers very mouldy, furniture scattered every where and garden unattended.

I liked there was a hand juicer to juice limes and make margaritas

This room is a specific room booked through Seascape - it was set back from the street looking over a very pretty tropical inner courtyard and pond and was very quiet. Some of the other rooms at Club Tropical were on the street which may have been noisy. It was very centrally located - a short walk to everything in Port Douglas. The room was very large and spacious, a comfy king bed and large lounge and a huge bathroom. The kitchen was well set up on the balcony. The Club Tropical resort is a bit of an older style but was good value and so central. One bit of advice is book your tours and restaurants before you arrive as everything was very busy - if you wait until you arrived you may be disappointed and miss out.

The location and facilities were amazing. Apartment was great. Very roomy

Definitely needs to be a bit cleaner. Found dried cherry and plum pips on the floor around coffee table. Toilet had pee stains under seat. needed a good scrub. The guests next door were smoking pot and the smell was so strong. We couldn’t sit on balcony at night. Kitchen being out on balcony invites bugs. found little roaches in draws. Had to wash everything every time we wanted to use. Gecko poo looks like it hasn’t been cleaned off around balcony sills for a very long time

The location on Macrossan Street was fantastic, as was the swimming pool access and the room in gerneral

The A/C developed a bad leak/drain overflow into the bathroom

The room provided everything we needed. We've stayed at Club Tropical many times before but this room was well maintained with a better fridge and TV and was very clean

The location is great ,it suits our needs well.The kitchenette is fine for providing basic small meals.The outdoor spaces are what makes this apartment attractive for us as we prefer to be outside.

We were very disappointed that the owners of this property have still not provided WIFI . The TV’s are difficult to use without WIFI as you cannot access a TV guide due to this & a grid continually appears on screen whilst trying to watch TV continually trying to find internet access. Last time we at least had a DVD player. We understand that this is now old technology & not relevant so is no longer here which then makes having WIFI even more important. It’s virtually a dealbreaker with the price of the apartment as every other apartment in PortDouglas ,even the low budget ones have WIFI.
