Great house for family celebration.

Very nice and clean

The house is next to food , gas , tackle shop , and has its own private boat launch

later but all is good enjoyed stay little pricey

Pleasant experience. Not able to use swing by gazebo as mentioned, but back deck was very nice!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The views of the sunrise and sunset from the cottage were beautiful! Waking distance to a local dinner spot which was very good food! Boat ramp was also very close and easy access! Cottage was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable! Communication with Susan and T was excellent!!!!! We will be visiting again that’s for sure!

The house was clean and well maintained. Instructions were clear and easy understood. We loved the view.

Great location. Loved the fireplace and layout of the house! Everything needed was available. Appliances, fixtures, most furniture and linens were clean. Beds were clean and comfy! Floor was very dirty and bench at foot of bed was stained and dirty. House seemed to be newly renovated. Chose this house to be able to launch boat once and slip it; however that wasn’t possible due to water level, holes in boat ramp (as advised by man at Marina) and so much grass in the slip and route there. We launched at state ramp across the highway and there was another state launch available across the bridge - only minor inconvenience since we were there only a couple of days but paid premium price to do so. Additionally, we were charged a cleaning fee. Because we paid this fee I was surprised to be asked to strip all the beds and start load of laundry at the time of departure. We did as were asked but just didn’t feel appropriate after paying cleaning fee for a small place. Would recommend owner take a look at a couple of things we noticed: soft spot in bottom of bathtub in master bath and no hot water at kitchen faucet. Neither of these impacted our stay and weren’t reported while we were on property. I’m sure the owner will take a look upon report here.

We enjoyed our second stay at this charming cottage. The location is very convenient. Sunrises were amazing during our stay, beautiful view without stepping outside. Furnished with anything you need. We do plan to return.

Cabin was great. Everything we needed & more. This is our second trip on the property. Love the ability to launch & dock our boat on site.

Cute cottage located in the sailboat marina. Very clean,& properly stocked. Right on the lake. Boat ramp access & slip for boat. The hosts were very responsive & went out of their way to make us comfortable. We enjoyed our week at the cottage. The decor is what is pictures and we had no issues with the cottage. Located near a couple restaurants & stores that were in walking distance.

For 2nd year in row everything was perfect for our stay for the frog tourney. Location and Cleanliness is the reason for staying again this year. Will be looking forward to next year again.

Was as described and very clean. Host was very nice and answered any questions. Wish there was a better place to dock my boat but this was at a sailing marina. Everything else was fantastic. Also close to a restaurant we could walk to as well

Ideal weekend getaway for the family! The restaurant next door was a short walk and good food. Short drive to town to shop. House is clean and all the amenities we needed. We plan to stay again.

Property is very well maintained and nicely located. Very quiet and easy access. Was a great place to unwind from a tough week and also get a little remote work done. Nice area with good restaurants and amenities. Not too far from Huntsville so got to see the new Mission Impossible! Excellent hosts!

We love it there. Our 3rd stay, we will be back. Very clean and well taken care of. The kitchen is well stocked for anything you would want to make.

This is a beautiful cottage. The bed is so comfy. The cottage is clean and has everything you need. The kitchen is well-appointed. You’re close to G’ville restaurants and shops. My husband loved being able to put the boat in right by the cottage. We both loved being able to walk to dinner to Fire by the Lake. I would definitely recommend this place and we will be back.

We were in Guntersville for the 90th birthday celebration for my dad and just loved the cottage. Owners were friendly and easy to work with. Most family stayed in a nearby hotel, but we did serve two meals to family at the cottage. Everyone enjoyed the cottage, and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Property was nice. Pictures didn’t do it justice. It was open and owners were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a weekend fishing trip. This was a great location, quiet, right off water, near boat ramp & restaurants.

The was just as they stated everything was great . Owner was super nice . Great location for restaurants.

This was our second stay here and we loved it. Great location and a nice place to keep our boat in the water right outside the cottage. The owners are very nice and thoughtful. The cottage is wonderful and super clean and had everything we needed. See you next year!

We were very pleased with this rental. Everything was cleaned and well stocked. The home was quiet, even though there are neighbors. Location had quick access to everything we needed. We appreciated the smoke free, pet free home and the king size bed! Only two little recommendations: 1. Have an instruction sheet in the home for operating both TVs. (we never did get the one in the bedroom to work) 2. Ditch the little round soaps! It was a nice offering, but the texture is strange and they will NOT lather. We went to the store and bought soap. Thanks for the visit! We would happily choose your rental again!
