Lovely guesthouse in an old apartment, spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and easy to find and navigate around the city from. Would stay again and would recommend - beautiful couple that owned the guesthouse were lovely!

My room was larger than I expected. The shared bathrooms were always kept perfectly clean. Plenty of communal space. Nice owner and staff.

The cleanness was the top. It is made in the old way as many apartments used to be in the late 80s, and those who are not aware of that time can get an idea :) I very much liked the cleanness of the entire apartment and the price paid for the room is very relevant.

Guys, if you're looking for a place to stay, you won't find a better place than Bridge House. What attracted my attention first was its location. You can walk to almost all the attractions that Yerevan offers. Secondly, I really liked the accommodation itself. Spacious rooms and very high ceilings. There are three bathrooms for seven rooms. You won’t have to wait for your turn. And what is more important,it is the attitude of the hosts to the guests. From the very first minutes you will get known what Caucasian hospitality is. It feels like you are in the family circle. It didn't even come to my mind to lock the room. All issues are resolved quickly if you need any assistance. I will definitely stay at this place when visiting Yerevan next time.

The host is an amazing man, who helped me so much in a difficult situation. Intelligent, kind, with a great sence of humor. I am happy I'd choosen this place to stay. Clean, calm and cozy house with spacy common places. Modern faucets and equipment. Lovely price for the perfect service!

The hosts were adorable, taking care of me, providing me with Armenian food and drinks, and always making sure I was doing well. The Turkish coffee for breakfast was excellent.

Hotel very well situated at walking distance from city center. The owners are very nice people. I had a perfect room to both rest and visit the city. It was large enough to put all my belongings. Despite numerous guests, the hotel was always perfectly clean. There is a fridge to store food.

No hobs in the kitchen. How to cook without hobs ? The hotel is situated at the 2nd floor of a building. It can be a problem for those having heavy luggage.

Loved the owner's family – very charming and helpful, even furnishing us with a hat for the sun. Can't fault this hotel and will certainly be back next time we're in Yerevan. Only regret is not having the time to play the piano.

My stay at the Bridge House was a real experience of getting to know the people from Armenia. Specially because of the hostel owners, who are a couple that is really welcoming, and their hospitallity is something that made me feel like that I was at home. The location was perfect for me, because it is a 8 minutes walk to get to the Yerevan State University campus, where I was going almost everyday. At the same it is not far from the city center and major tourist attractions.

This hostel is excellent. The house design is beautiful. lt is very tidy and clean, it feels like home. The hosts are very friendly. We will come back again to stay here and recommend friends to stay here.

Great hosts and a good space in a location close to the city centre - just 5 or 10 minutes from the market and another 5 or 10 to the centre. Tea and breakfast served generously and tasted great. Loved the friendliness of the hosts.

The only thing is the shared bathroom, which we didn't expect. It did not bother us - we loved our stay anyway. But maybe it's worth others knowing before they book!
