A very pleasant hotel to stay in. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Everywhere was clean and tidy.

Check in was easy and very helpful. The pool was lovely, if not a little small, and slightly odd that you access through the car park. Room was great - with hidden kitchenette in the wardrobe!

The location was more out of town than I expected but that was probably my fault in not checking first!

Superb. Lovely big appartment. Spotlessly clean. Very quiet, out of town, location which we wanted. Enjoyed breakfast there too.

Swimming pool small, but was otherwise fine.

Clean and well provided for eoom. The kitchenette was particularly welcome and the balcony.

Restauranrt menu was very limited and it is important to note the hotel is at a distance from Pornic itself

Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Evening meal was excellent. Good choice for breakfast. Room very comfortable with all required facilities.

Facilities are excellent here, a training area plus a pool, which we didn't use on this occasion but when we're back next week, we will use it.

Had to park in a disabled space (on the instructions of the staff) as our vehicle was too high for the underground car park.

Love the cleanliness and spacious room. Ground floor room & easy access walk in shower ideal for accommodating mobility difficulties . Enjoyed these aspects so much that we went for an extra night on our way back from our trip .

Staff training definitely required in customer service. I had asked if there was any possibility of changing our dates as my mother in law passed away and wasn’t sure if my husband would feel upto the holiday. While I understand there are people who might lie about something like this (?!)it was very unpleasant to receive a message saying that they wanted a copy of the death certificate and even then only an option to go in the next 3 months. It was the abrupt wording that I found upsetting. I talked to one of the receptionists about it when we left the hotel trying to explain how upsetting it had been but there appeared to be no compassion even though she noted my comment that it could have been better handled . As it happens he was obviously ok to go but that isn’t the point. I won’t let this stop me from going again as it is a lovely place to stay and if they improve their standards in this regard to match the rest of the hotel it would be 10 out of 10

Excellent hotel with very quite and good location. Workes are very helpful. Suite ist big and modern. You have all you need for a good rest.

I like the room and the fact that was quiet and relatively clean. The sauna was nice but the pool was so small.

First of all the misleading signs:"We speak English/Spanish/French " 99% of the staff ONLY SPOKE FRENCH. None spoke Spanish and only 2 people on the whole hotel staff spoke English. So disappointed and sad for a holiday resort. The restaurant staff was nice enough except for the manager that was so rude. Didn't greet us when we come in and didn't even bother to ANSWER our greetings when we say Hello! So disrespectful. Our experience in general is that French people got its fame of rude and patronising sods well deserved. Never again.

The suite was very comfortable, clean and spacious with pleasant wrap around balcony.

The "kitchen" facilities were basically in a wardrobe with annoying sliding doors, but adequate. A little out of the centre of Pornic, a 20 minute walk with a couple of hills. The indoor pool was not very good.
