Oven was out of order.

Great for solo traveller. Bed was very comfy. Great air con. Loved the room colour.

It could use some maintenance, things look a bit run down, the bottom of the cupboard, the fridge, I couldn't tell if the shower was mouldy or if it just needed regrouting. Kogan TV was very difficult to use with the remote. No power point or extension lead so you can charge your phone near the bed.

Great location. Close to transport, cafes, beach. Good value hotel with all you need for a short stay. Rooms were basic but comfortable and the shared kitchen, sitting and outdoor deck are a bonus.

Safety issues. there are a lot of safety concerns in room. Hot water nearly scolds when showering

Everything was perfect, especially the location. The common terrace was an added bonus.

Beautiful hotel in a very good location. Near bus stop for busses that goes to Bondi and Coogee beach.

My fault for not checking whether they had a lift to get to the top level.

Great location - easy to get around with the bus stops near by if you’re planning on spending majority of your time in the east/near the beaches. Beautiful costal walk down the road - plenty of restaurants and amenities walking distance. Parking is a great bonus in the area and you don’t pay an extra fee.

Tv was a little temperamental but we didn’t spend much time in the room so it wasn’t a worry. The fridge froze our food - a little annoying but was fixed quickly. Towel rails in the bathroom weren’t stable which was a little frustrating - would be great to have hooks on the back of the door.

Great location by bus stop and coastal walk to Bondi. Easy to get to the city by taking the bus. Housekeeping was attentative when they did clean the room. Although it was hard to know when or if they would. The bed is a little springy. But otherwise not too bad. It was nice to have a couple pillows to choose from. Alright for the price.

Poor wifi and cell signal. This became really frustrating since I had a lot of work I needed to get done but no reliable signal. Every few minutes it would drop. Housekeeping was also confusing. I thought I needed to request service but the first two nights they did housekeeping and then nothing. Then my last night they did it again. There wasn't a way I could find to say no to housekeeping. The fridge leaked inside and onto the food I had bought so I had to throw it out. The fridge itself was not in good condition. The windows and doors are thin so you can hear both outside and your neighbors inside pretty well. It didn't feel very private.

Window in bedroom rattled so we didn't get a great sleep
