very Nice!! I stay just a few hours and slept only one night but.. everything was wonderfull!

Lovely owner, I had to leave very early and he brought me hot croissants, fresh from the bakery. Also arranged airport pick up and drop off.

Nothing, it was lovely.

The location was 10 minutes ride from the airport, which is why we stayed the night prior to flying home. It’s located in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood and Leandro recommended a great local Osteria just one block away that was open late with food much better than the typical airport hotel fare. Also, and importantly, when our morning flight was delayed four hours Leandro allowed us to stay past check out time and tried to find alternative transportation to the airport. Wonderful and very accommodating.

No fault of the property, but I didn’t ask and so didn’t realize that there were two flights of stairs to the upper apartment we stayed in. Since it was the last night of a three week trip we had to carry all our baggage up and down for repacking.

The communication with the staff was, clear, accurate and prompt. Close to the airport Uber for 6 ppl was about 25 €.

Foul smell on one of the bathrooms but contacted the manager and he said it will be resolved.

Andrea was very attentive. He made sure everything was perfect for us. We had an early flight, so they prepared some cakes for us in the evening to take away when we left. Highly advise to stay here. The villa has everything you need.

Everything was perfect. Very nice, comfortable and clean place.

Villa Erasi is a cozy place, with nice and clean rooms, each room has its own bathroom. The three rooms will comfortably host two couples with children. Andrea, the host, is very welcomming, helpful and friendly.

Hosts are amazing, as are the facilities , close to the airport , easy to find places to eat nearby! And very clean

We really enjoyed our 7 nights. For this price very nice accommodation, very private. Rooms were clean, there is room service. The staff is very helpful, kind and will help you with anything you need. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine and kitchenware. Perhaps the only thing I would blame for the kitchen is that there is no microwave and sink, but you can do without it either. Breakfasts were not due to the covid situation which is understandable. To the beach it is about 10-15 minutes walk, to the shop about 10 minutes, restaurant less than 5 minutes which is cool and also for a very cool price you can rent an electric bike via the application Helbiz. The Villa is right next to the bus stop, from where bus number 4 can take you every 30 minutes to the city center, from where you can easily get to Rome or Lido Di Ostia, for example, € 1.5 and € 3-8 to other areas. Use Moovit to find out.

The location of the accommodation is perhaps “too far away from everthing”. If you do not have a car or scooter maybe occasionally you will walk too much. There is not much nightlife in the location and there is generally not much to do. You can drive to the nearby town of Lido Di Ostia, which is much better in terms of entertainment and such. To termini is about 50 minutes by bus for 8€ from town center. Overall, we really enjoyed our holiday but we just prefer more nightlife and tourist stuff;)

Nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.

The service and property were both excellent. I stayed the night prior to flying out of FCO and everything went smoothly. The ride to the airport was reasonably priced.
