Excellent location, many things within walking distance. Perfect size for 2!

Great location. Good for two people!

This place was just right for a weekend at the beach! The place smelled and felt clean, the staff was extremely quick to respond to any questions I had prior to arrival. The beach is just a few steps away. It is pretty small so I don't think I could do a week here but a weekend was perfect!

The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The location was great, right on the beach.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing! Beautiful white sand beach quite literally right outside your door. Lots of great restaurants and groceries nearby. Check-in process was smooth and easy (push button lock is nice, no key to keep track of). Within the room itself, a few things could have improved. The smell of the disinfectant used by the cleanup crew was overwhelming when we first walked in - we had to air out the room for a few hours. They also left a few (assuming used) towels hanging behind the bathroom door. The mattress on the bed is a very worn out memory foam, and sank in the middle, not comfortable. Hope the owner changes that soon. The bathroom could use a remodel because the whole thing screams 60s and it felt old and dingy, but it was as clean as you could get it. It functioned well enough. Overall VERY happy with the location, but spent as little time in the room itself as possible.

Bathroom sink does not produce enough water to wash or face or brush your teeth. Bathtub faucets need to be replaced. Kitchen sink doesn't have a stopper that works. Could not use for washing dishes. The unit was clean, check-in very easy. Outside area clean and well kept.

Great location right on the beach. Beach not crowded like some beaches around which was a plus. Room was small but good enough for us. Bed was a full size but not big enough for my husband and me so I slept on the futon.

Nice little condo steps from the beach. Great location with lots of good restaurant options nearby.

Sea Rocket 12, cute and clean room. Cozy and big enough for 2 people. Clean towels, bedding was excellent. Right on the beach, beach was clean. Enough chairs to sit and enjoy the view or request some chairs and umbrella for a small rental fee. Walking distance to a lot of places. You won't be disappointed.

Overall good. At some point it will need an update. Uneven burner on stove, slow getting hot water in kitchen, needs more lighting, needs 3 prong receptacles

So happy with our short honeymoon stay at this property! Its literally steps away from the white sand beach!10/10 recommend!

Had a great time here. Clean and quiet spot. Bring your own pillow though.

The room, the location was awesome. We were very happy and will return. The bed is so comfortable and the furnishing were perfect!

We enjoyed staying in this tiny efficiency. Well decorated! Perfect for 2 adults! We were able to check in early and check out late.

Sea Rocket 12 was just the right size for the two of us. It was very clean and was equipped with everything we needed except beach towels. The walk to the beach was right outside our door. We could easily take the trolley to Johns Pass and Clearwater . There are several restaurants within walking distance. We’d stay here again.

The place is fine, small, quiet but right on the beach. I had a terrible experience with the property manager. It started off just after we landed in FL. Sitting down enjoying lunch and they call me. I was concerned something happened to the reservation so I answered it. To my disgust it was the property manager asking what time specifically I was leaving on Saturday. Didn’t even check in and they want to know when we are leaving?! Ok move past that, go to check in at 4:30pm, get in the room and the room is an epic disaster! I walk out to call the property manager and the cleaning people inform me this room is empty tonight, I’m in the wrong spot, which I know i am not. So I call the property manager and they informed me they’ll dig into it and call me right back. 20 minutes later they call and try to explain they made a booking mistake, and it’s our room just needs to be clean. I ask how long and she said 1 hour maybe, but would CALL me. So we walk the beach, get a snack try to kill time. No call whatsoever from the property manager. At nearly 7pm we go and find the room was just cleaned. Walk in and need to leave the door open for another hour to air it out due to the extreme use of bleach in the room. I also could not get the parking pass out of the bin because the buttons were stuck. I write the property manager a message telling them I wanted a call from the manager the next day to discuss this. They wrote back, ignoring some of my complaints and just saying we credited you the cleaning fee, and they’ll figure out parking tomorrow... no call from them, and I randomly get a message that they went into our room (without asking) and left the parking pass in my our room. I’m sorry but no “do not disturb” signs available but this was a major violation of our privacy!!! Anyway still no call from manager and we are checking out. Would never stay at any property managed by them again.

Great little room, everything one needs, and within walking distance (via the beach!) to some great local restaurants. A perfect quiet and comfortable getaway.

I imagined that the unit was slightly larger than it was. But for 2 people (who get along well) it was ok. Plus, we had great weather so were able to get out for walks. I think saying that it could house 3 is stretching it a bit.

We had a wonderful time. I went with my 2 girls 16, and 17. Everything is updated, it had all of the necessities. The only improvement I can make would be to throw out the comforter, shams, and pot holders. They were dirty beyond cleaning. We bought a blanket and potholders to use during our time. But we will be back. We were extremely pleased. And the communication with the manager was wonderful, and speedy.

My vacation on the Gulf of Mexico was fantastic. The Sea Rocket is located right on the beach and we literally had the beach to ourselves. The sand was beautiful...the water was warm...the weather was perfect. Great place to stay if you want to spend your days in the water!
