Foi bastante prático e fácil chegar e entrar ao apartamento. Além disso ficava bem centrado e conseguimos chegar rapidamente.

Πάρα πολύ ευρύχωρο, όμορφο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Θα έπαιρνε δέκα στην βαθμολογία αλλά υπήρχε πρόβλημα με το ζεστό νερό. Το βράδυ και νωρίς το πρωί δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό για μπάνιο.

Es la segunda vez que estoy en este alojamiento, la ubicación me parece super idónea ya que esta cerca de todo y del centro y de los monumentos, y el piso muy completo y cómodo

esta segunda vez no me gusto que al entrar al recibidor del portal y recoger las llaves del cajetin estuviesen sin código todos los cajetines ya que cualquiera podría haber cogido nuestras llaves!, y luego también que durante nuestra estancia entro según ellos la limpiadora por equivocación y nos dimos cuenta por que al salir echamos las dos llaves y al volver no estaba echada ninguna.. y el agua caliente salia de vez en cuando.

El apartamento es muy bonito. Limpio y espacioso.

It’s hard to fault anything, the room was spacious and very clean, the property had a fabulous quiet location just outside the city walls.

It would have been the perfect stay if the heating hadn’t been turned off during the night. The temperature outside was just below freezing so when I woke at 3am with no heating it was hard to keep warm and therefore impossible to sleep further which rather ruined the day. Obviously this isn’t a problem in warm weather!

el estante donde estaba la TV no tenia el soporte adecuado ya que solo tenia 4 patas en el centro y detras; no en las esquinas como normalmente es; tampoco tenia el soporte central. Mi esposo apoyo la mano en dicho estante y el mueble perdio estabilidad y le cayo encima intentando que no caiga la TV, esto sucedio el 11 de enero alrededor de las 11pm se le inflamo el pie que aun hoy 16 de enero esta asi. El anfitrion inmune a su resposabilidad. se le informo de este suceso el mismo dia y nisiquiera ofrecio a cubrir gastos por esto. En los siguientes dias si el pie no termina de desinflarmarse hiremos al medico y si los gastos son elevados le haremos un proceso legal por que esto sucedio por su irresponsabilidad, gracias a DIos fue mi esposo pero estabamos ahi con nuestro hijo de 2 anos que si le hubiese caido a el la historia fuera muy diferente. Es un descuido muy grande poner un estante sin el soporte adecuado. Aparte se le solicito el check in que fuera una persona alli y nadie aparecio. Si dan la opcion de que sea presencial por favor brinden el servicio.

La posizione è centrale, vicina ai monumenti principali senza essere troppo centrale (perché sarebbe stata difficile da raggiungere in macchina). Il self check-in è stato semplicissimo, con un video-messaggio molto chiaro.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l’appartamento era pulito, funzionale e ben attrezzato. Situato a due passi dal ponte di Castelvecchio, abbiamo apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggio coperto. Veloce la comunicazione con l’host, chiare e semplici le istruzioni per il self check in

L’établissement est très bien situé pour visiter Vérone. L’appartement est spacieux.

Au niveau confort l’eau chaude est fluctuante. La cuisine manque d’équipement de base comme par exemple une poêle ou une passoire. Lors du check-out il n’y a pas là possibilité de laisser la voiture dans le parking, c’est bien dommage.

El alojamiento era perfecto, muy tranquilo , limpio cerca de todo . Te dan facilidad a la hora de dejar tu equipaje antes de la hora del check-in y muy buenas indicaciones .Lo recomiendo 100%

The Communication with the landlord was very very slowly. I got 5 reminds to send our IDs and nobody rechecked that we made it long time ago. It was really confusing. We got an information about the key very late.

Minor detail, but sofa bed mattress is a bit soft

The location of the apartment was good. And the area in front of the apartment was good. The building in which the apartment is located was well decorated. The building can be reached easily using navigation.

A lot of it was bad. Communication with the owner was disastrous. Although it was offered through Booking.com that we could call one hour before arrival to check in, the owner did not allow us to do so. He forced us to check in online, which extended our arrival by half an hour, as we stood in the car on the way to check in. Upon arrival, there was no parking space for apartment guests in the garage. We duly paid for the spot and stopped in a neutral spot, but a day later we received a written warning on the car that we had stopped in a reserved spot and to move out! The air conditioners in the apartment did not work well. In the apartment, the doors of the rooms (especially the bathrooms) could not be closed properly. No one came to collect the city tax. That's why we left it in the key box, along with the garage money, even though they didn't deserve it. In the end, we had the feeling that the owner of the apartment, with as little effort as possible around the guests, wants to collect as much money as possible. We agreed that this apartment does not deserve to be on Booking.com

Comfortable accommodation in the heart of Verona, 10 minutes' walk from Verona Arena. There was also the possibility to park the car in the garage.

There could have been a fan in the room as it was very hot outside

Nice and clean with dishwasher and whasingmachine for clothes. Friendly and helping host.

Some of The airconditioners did not work. And a bit of stains on the walls.

Toilet seat moved loose bolt. Aircon in bedroom didn’t but hall way was enough to cook it down

The room hadn't been cleaned properly, it was supposed to be a fully furnished apartment. There was no glasses, wine glasses, spoons and other items to cook with. Two lights didn't work and generally the room was dirty. We contacted the apartment and they apologised and promised to get the manager to contact us / visit. No one did. They then said the room had been hired to a family who had two rooms and must have used to taken all the items. So why wasn't the room checked, they obviously knew. We are now expecting a full refund through Booking.com. This is the first ever poor stay on Booking.com

The location was ideal. It is far out enough that it was peaceful and quiet, but close enough that walking to town was easy and quick

I think it would be useful if the accommodation supplies a few basics such as: Salt, pepper, olive oil, water

Location ir superb.

The shower in the bathroom is very cramped, hangers for clothes and towels are missing, so it can be seen that the owner of the apartment has never used the bathroom.

Location. Very handy for supermarkets, train station for Lake Garda. Easy access/check in.

No air-conditioning/heating or even a fan. Apparently this is activated via a central system in 2nd week May but as it was very hot, the apartment was unbearable at night. The temperature plummeted during our 3 night stay so we went from being hot to cold due to lack of heating. Staff helpful but limited as it's the owner who didn't respond to my requests. Also, was bitten to death by mosquitos so even a fan would have been helpful. Very disappointing.
