We had an amazing time staying at this house! We really didn’t venture out too much, as it was so nice relaxing by the pool! Nice, quiet neighborhood! The house was equipped with all we needed, including pool toys! The water temp was perfect, no need to heat. We will definitely be back next year to stay again! Thank you!!

I really enjoyed my visit and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The home is about 15 minutes from Flagler Avenue where you drive onto New Smyrna Beach. The location couldn’t be beat! I LOVED the pool! I am sure I will be back for a visit, soon!

Let me open with this , we have used VRBO and numerous other vacation / rental apps before and we vacation at least 2 -3 times a year . And never in the last 10 years or 25-30 vacations have we had such a horrible experience. Before I go into detail I want to add that we communicated to the property manager Cindy that we were unhappy early in our stay . She argued with me saying the priblmes problems didnt exist when they clearly did . Then she goes on to say that if we leave a bad review she will do the same to us as guests . ( I dont CARE ) I would rather spare another family from the misery we experienced. The house is in poor shape , poor quality repairs , screen was broken , furniture had rips and stains, the patio doors from master bedroom to pool area dont seal properly so BITING GNATS come into the bedroom and in my case I am allergic to them . I recieved over 100 bites . Most vacation homes we frequent are well maintained, with regular pool service and pest control . Not this house . in 9 days the pool was never cleaned and was filthy when we arrived. There was a condom in the hot tub from the previous guests which was disgusting . The kitchen cabinets have disgusting yellow goo inside of them . The landscaping was horrendous ,not manicured at all and a ridiculous amount of bugs . The pool area has weeds growing up all around and the fencing around the yard is in poor condition. And all of the furniture is disgusting and appears as if picked up on side of the road . The neighborhood in general was sub par for a vacation home . But by far the worst part of the experience aside from incredibly painfulbug bites and the embarrassment of staying in such a poor environment was dealing with Cindy The property manager . She was the most rude insensitive annoying person I have ever dealt with . Instead of owning the responsibility for our displeasure and wanting to help us she blamed us , argued with us insulted us and threatened us . I am a medical marijuana patient and DID not smoke in or around the house out of respect for anothers home . I did however leave a morsel of marijuana medicine on the nightstand and she said i was a druggy loser and i defiled the home with the presence of marijuana. Medical Marijuana is legal in Florida and Ny in which i maintain residence and medical status in both states . She called the police on me after we checked out over the morsel that was left behind all due to us not being happy.

There were only a few complaints that we have. 1) Master Bathroom shower slowly drained. 2) only 2 of the TVs had the cords for the ROKU. 3) the brick connected to the railing for the hot tub is broken so it is very dangerous. 4) the pool cleaners came the first morning we were there and after they left it seemed like the pool was really hot! (Controller said 95 degrees).

This is a great location out of the way in a fairly quite neighborhood (minus a few trains and fire alarms going off at 5am). The owners are very attentive and easy to communicate with. The location has a nice pool and spa to spend some refreshing lazy days. Also very close to the national sea shore and great local restaurants. Had a great experience overall.

Property was as described online. The pool and hot tub were excellent! The beds could definitely be better, but overall a great vacation home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

There were little things hat broke on us but house was spacious enough for the 9 of us to spread out and we all loved the giant pool. Seemed a little strange there wasn't a privacy fence or more shrubbery to block view from the road.

Awesome property for families to gather near the beach.

The pool was awesome, I don't think I've ever spent more time in a pool than I did at Mango tree. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was ok, could have been cleaner, we found things from previous guests in and under the couches, and we actually had to do some sweeping upon check in. I think updated windows and doors would really help keep bugs out and a/c in. Speaking of the a/c, it didn't keep the house as comfortable as we like, but as we were checking out, the whole system was being replaced with a completely new one. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend to others once improvements are made. Right now I would give it a 3.5 star rating, if improvements were already made, would definitely give it a 5+ star rating. To anyone reading this review, don't shy away from this place, I talked to Dan, one of the managers, real nice guy, and they are improving the place between guests as they have not had the property very long.

For a 70s ranch the place was clean and all of the appliances worked. We had someone in a wheelchair and the accessibility to the main house was good. There was one small step into the house but could access all rooms other than the bathrooms. As travelers with a wheelchair we are prepared for no bathroom access though the house is listed as wheelchair accessible. The pool was clean with plenty of pool accessories available. The homeowners welcomed us upon arrival and referenced a very good local pizza restaurant. The house worked well for our needs of a large family with several older teens. We would stay again.
