Heritage structure. Staff was very good..food was excellent Lived like home

Our room was near kitchen. Florring a bit old and needed maintenance. Wifi was not available though a data dongle given later. Towels and linen could be better. Water heater was not in room while staff would bring it on demand

Cracked and chipped toilet seat, broken washbasin in dining room, all of which add up to health hazards. And limited parking, which means a vehicle has to be moved before the one behind can exit

I like the cottage . It's exceptional. Room inside room inside room. 3 room and bathroom. All with garden view and a quiet place near the Golf course. Nice garden. Very nice place for family and kids. There are dogs and at night may be bison visit. Food is Ok, but there are lots of eateries not very far away and reach easily , if you have car or bike. Even a great place for get together with a group of friends . There are courts behind cottage to play badminton, kids play area (not maintained well).

it’s nice old British style house. we were large family occupied the entire property. it was very homely and great. the staff Gokul and Uday took very good care of us

maybe more upgraded heating system and more comfortable beds would be great

house , food , craft , ambience , very big rooms & good staff.

food and fire camp were costly . I was expecting 4.5acres of land to roam around . it was just a house and some places which were of no path. heater was not sufficient for that big house .

The property manager Mr Lionel attended us. Credit goes to Mr Uday, he was polite and took care of every needs. He ensured, we are comfortable.

No complains

1. The cottage was fantastic. It is huge with a well maintained frontyard and backyard which my kid loved playing in. 2. Food cooked by Uday was excellent though a bit on the pricier side. He served all our adhoc requests. 3. There were board games to bide some time which my kid again loved. 4. Very peaceful and good views from the cottage. If we had our own vehicle, it would have made it even more pleasant for us.

1. This is a nit-pick. The staff does not do housekeeping unless you are there/give them the key. We thought they have a duplicate. So, we went 3 days without housekeeping which was unexpected. 2. The prices quoted by their in-house cab driver is pricier compared to others online. It would still be okay given the comfort but they are very inflexible with regards to itinerary/timings.

Liked sceneries. House was placed in a tea state away from city. Sorroundering were good.

Facilities provided were not worth money spent.

Clean and neat room. Spacious for a family with 2 kids. Friendly staff. Nice view from windows.

The accessible area of the property was less. Maybe if there was no rain, we could have walked through the trail. It was a great bathroom, but a very old toilet seat.

Great food, scenery, old colonial style bungalow property, warm and helpful staff

Nothing much. Couple of basic toileteries like hair dryer /moisturizer etc were missing.
