房間空調太熱無法調整，開窗戶又風大聲音大

離捷運站很近，走路約10分鐘。 海景房的景觀很棒，空間也夠大。

房內的空調無作用，向人員反應後只送來一台電扇，也沒說明原因，還是自己打去問才說空調壞了，也沒主動提供換房的選項，最後只好開窗來調節室內的溫度。 同行友人對於如此不到位的服務很不滿意。

창문을 2개나 열 수 있어 환기가 매우 잘되서 전혀 답답함이 없었고 창문 바로 앞에 쇼파가 있어 오션뷰를 편히 즐길수 있었음. 침대가 매우 편안, 화장실 샤워기 수압쎔, 히터도 은은하게 잘들어와서 기본이 잘되어있는 호텔이었음 제휴가 되어있는지 항공사 스튜어디스나 단체 외국인도 많던 호텔이었음 덕분에 잘 쉬다감

샤워커튼이 없어 샤워후 바닥에 물이 튀어서 좀 불편했음 침대 시트는 세탁한 것 같으나 시트에 큰얼룩이 있었는데 호텔측에서 발견을 못한 것 같음 신라스테이 내부 인테리어가 블랙이라 고급스럽긴 한데 로비가 너무 어두워보였음

숙소에 못챙긴 옷이 있었는데 연락주시고 보내주셨어요 너무 감사했어요 처음부터 끝까지 친절한 신라스테이였어요

처음 예약할 때 부킹닷컴을 통한 요청 사항에 대해 며칠간 답이 없었음. 이후 전화시도 계속 실패, 어렵게 통화해 요청 사항 전달. 이렇게 전달한 요청 사항 프론트에서 처음에 확인이 안되어있는 상태였음. 컨펌으로 받아놓은 메세지 보여준 후에 요청 사항 확인함.

Rrlatively new hotel facility, great location near to Haeundae beach and metro station. Friendly hotel staff.

There seem to be renovation road works on going, when I was there before Christmas 2023. Constant drilling and hacking construction noise throughout the night affecting sleep quality. Hotel sound insulation was poor, it can hear from 8th floor.

セールでリーズナブルに泊まれたので良かったです。ロケーションもよく幾度も泊まったことがあるのですが、部屋も広めで、オーシャンビューの部屋は居心地最高。コーヒーもサービスしてくれました。

Very central location, easy to access also for taxis / vans. Convenience store, restaurant and cafe in the Sammie building of the hotel were a plus. Definitely recommended for groups staying

The atmosphere is very corporate and there were not enough elevators for the high number of guests of the hotel. Waiting times at elevator was often long (>10 mins)

The location is fantastic just cross the street of Haeundae Beach and with an amazing view on it. Room is modern and cozy. Breakfast is good.

Rooftop bar and pool will open only in summer season, which is quite a disappointment. Expect to line for check in if you come right after 3 pm.

Excellent customer service. The staff went out of their ways to accommodate our needs for our 6 months baby. Highly recommend.

Good location, close to the main strip of restaurants and beach. Hotel is pretty decent and staff were generally fine to deal with. They also had a washer and dryer service which was quite easy and convenient to use.

The side streets/alleys can feel quite dark and a bit sketchy late at night, so best to stick to the main roads. Unfortunately the furnishings are a bit run down (chipped paint/wood) and several times I had to ask for new towels because they smelled really old and musty and a little dirty. The texture was not a pure white or fluffy either, more like a dull grey. I would recommend bringing your own bath towel if staying here or requesting new ones!
