Everything was amazing. Location, room and service. Breakfast was delicious. The room was big enough, with a nice balcony view. But the highlight of the trip was the exceptional customer service. Everyone there went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to meet our needs. If you re in Malta this is the place to stay in!

The location of the hotel was incredible as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants and bars in Valletta. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and the added touch of a glass of Prosecco upon arrival was greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, the bedroom and bathroom are only separated by a thin pane of glass which has significant gaps at various joints and does not have a door. This was a baffling design choice as (a) the noise from the bathroom pipes etc can be heard by the occupants while in bed and (b) the steam from the bathroom goes into the bedroom area. We raised this with hotel staff and asked to be moved room as we were sure that our original room must have been unique with this ridiculous design choice but alas, our replacement room was also similarly badly designed. This might be fine for a 1 night stay if someone was doing an overnight solo business trip but not appropriate for a couple on holiday. This flaw is enough for us to recommend to future visitors to Valletta to avoid this,otherwise, nice boutique hotel.

Our stay was outstanding - starting with the location of the hotel, staff, breakfasts and the way they are served, the interior design of the hotel and the room. I believe this is the best hotel in Valletta. Close to everything, lots of restaurants around, located on the main Merchant Street. What more could you want ?

Very nice service. Helpful staff. Fresh flavoured water in a hall so good on hot days! Complimentary bottle of wine and fruits during my stay. Breakfast - nice service, tasty, but everyday eggs in a different form which can be a dietary challenge in a longer term.

Interior decor was nice, amenities are good too and staff are very nice

Room was so boxed in, only a window into an internal courtyard so I felt very claustrophobic the entire time with no fresh air able to come into the room.

A very nice hotel, ultra friendly personel, the reception is in the hotel next doors but it’s honestly 1min walk. Room was really spacious, comfy beds. The reception is 24/7, which is convenient when you have an early flight like we did. Aslo the hotel is in the perfect spot, close to everything in Valletta, close to many good restaurants, etc. I would definitely return to this hotel.

On the Friday night it was a bit loud due to the pub connected with the hotel. Not a big issue for us, but something to have in mind.
