It is a great location. You can access supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, which is also safer.

La température .il faisait trop froid dans la chambre je ne sais pas si c était due a la température normale du pays ou la proximité avec la mer.

The property was decent and all the staffs were disciplined and know exactly what they were doing.
The breakfast was not ok. In most cases all the tea cups and spoons were kept by the manager and you have to wait for a very long time before they could be brought for us. I have never seen something like that in all my traveling experience.

The Boulevard Hotel In Monrovia is a fairly good place to start. The rooms are cleaned regularly. The restaurant is OK. One of the most frustrating things about the stay is the lack of WIFI in the room. I ended up having to go down to the Lobby to get online. Its not a biggie but as a business hotel better wifi would improve the experience.

The breakfast was good! There was a variety of foods. The staff was exceptional bending over backwards in an effort to please. the daily foods repeatedly served. Changes should be made periodically.
The food was not hot with heat, many times the food was cold, not even warm.

The only think that was good is the size of the room and the mattress.
This is the first time I give 1 point for a hotel and I have been to a lot of places. The carpet was very dirty may be it was never cleaned. It was not just dirty but smelly too. Being in a dirty room is not the perfect way to spend too weeks. Even the sheets and towels were old and uncomfortable. If you have to visit Monrovia choose between Mamba Point and The Royal Grand Hotel. I have visited both of them during my stay for diner and lunch and these hotels look much better. I have received very good reviews for Mamba Point.
I could not recommend Boulevard Hotel especially when you have better options. Such type of hotels and management should not exist in the business.
