There were many nice things about the house.
And then it had its problems.
The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. Slept in longer than I have in years!
The hot tub was very relaxing and nice even though it had missing pieces.
Headrests
The front door was a nightmare!
Would not release and let us in after 10 tries
Pushed the code it, it would click but would not open.
Called Vacassa and they directed me to a lock box , that had a key, but the key was to the deck door.
Finally got in, was trying to figure out the lock and then the door would not latch and close.
After about 2-3 hours waiting for maintenance to show which they never did.
We decided to park on the deck side and use that door with a key.
Much easier!
The TV.
Another nightmare.
Wanted to watch programs we usually watch and could not figure out the streaming system
We have cable at home, much easier to operate.
Despite the issues we did enjoy ourselves after I was done being frustrated
Not having the pool was disappointing.
But Vacassa issued a credit and I felt that was fair compensation.
Would I rent the same place again?
Probably not!

The house was beautiful! Had anything and everything we needed. Just brought food and wine! The views are amazing! So much room to relax. Hot tub was a great way to unwind! Would definitely love to come back!

We(4 couples) had a wonderful time in this house. The house has plenty of everything and the early summer weather did not disappoint! The pool was heavily used for the duration of our stay! My only complaint would be we didn’t book a long enough trip

We had an amazing stay here. Lots to do with private pool, hot tub, fire pit , and games. It’s also close to everything we went to cider houses, blue berry farms and winery’s. We loved it and will be back with friends this place has lots of fun room!

My whole family had a blast! The house was spacious, very clean and the details were so nice to see in any space around. Our kids loved the pool and kept them busy while we just relaxed. We definitely come back to this lake house.

Unfortunately, when we got there the pool was freezing
The next day, unannounced. a crew came to replace the pool heater. It was not until Thursday morning, our check out day (at 10 am) that it was warm enough to go in . Unfortunately, the children, so persistent, tried swimming and playing while freezing.
I'm sure someone knew of this problem. Also the barbecue was FILTHY, We spent over an hour trying to get it clean without proper supplies.
We left much cleaner than we found it !!

Fun and Friends
Four couples/friends stayed the weekend of February 25-27th and had a great weekend in Chelan and Manson. The house was immaculate, other than a worn pool table without chalk. The hot tub and rest of the amenities were superb. Views of the Lake, orchards, and mountains were also breathtaking. Would definitely consider returning again soon.

And tons to do indoors. About 30 minute drive to echo ridge trailheads. Good tap water, and convenient to wineries. Excellent stay.

Perfect for Family Gatherings
This house is perfect for multiple family members. It has five bedrooms which was perfect for our group of five couples. There are two separate living spaces so the young crowd can have activities late into the night without disturbing Grandma. There is plenty of space at the kitchen table for everyone to gather for meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything. Sparkling clean and lots of towels. Too cold for the hot tub? There is a wonderful jetted tub in the primary bedroom. Four large screen TVs ensure everyone can watch their preferred programs. Oh, and there is a ping pong table in the 3 car garage along with even more seating!

Christmas Getaway
Beautiful home decorated for the Holidays! Plenty of room for all of us. The hot tub and game room were perfect. Love being able to fit us all around the table for meals and crafts! Would stay again!!

Amazing!
The pool was the biggest hit for our family. We enjoyed all of the toys and entertainment downstairs as well. The rooms are spacious and beds are cozy.

Perfect Getaway
The house is beautiful and has ample space to spread out as a group and provides plenty of activities....ping pong and pool were favorites with our family. The pool was surprisingly large and the grandkids spent many hours playing in it. Everyone in the family had a fabulous time and we plan on returning in the future. Highly recommend!!!

great for a group trip!
This vacasa had all the amenities for our group of 5 couples! The pool was a bit chilly for the 75 degree weather but would probably be great for the hotter months in eastern Washington. The kitchen was well stocked and labeled with everything you might need to cook. The hot tub was more spacious than other rentals and we loved the variety of games and activities available! 10/10 recommend and we hope to be back!

Family Vacation
We loved the updates at the home. Clean and ready when we walked in the door!!! The memories that were built during this vacation will last forever! My grand daughter calls the home "Chelan", it was hard to convince her that your home isn't called Chelan!

Nice and comfortable house
The house is well maintained and decorated, clean, spacious, well stocked with kitchen things and has fun things like a ping pong table and plenty of toys, games and books. The pool is a nice size and clean. The hot tub was great. I appreciated the extra touches like extra rolling beds and throw blankets and lots of pillows. Thank you!

Perfect place for a getaway
Loved our stay at La Via Bella! Nicely furnished with all amenities you need. Great deck with large table for gathering and beautiful view. We had lots of fun downstairs playing pool, foosball and soaking in the hot tub. Also has a lovely pool. Very close to many wineries and the lake. We’d definitely go back!

Awesome view and beautiful house.Big house with good bedding arrangements.Hot tub is plus. Basement has lot of gaming activities for kids and adults . We had really good time
Cons: pool table was very dusty, we couldn’t use it. One of the coffee table in basement had broken leg. And jute area rug in main room sheds lot and fibers were sticking to sofa and our cloths. These 3 things need attention, which can be annoying otherwise.

Beautiful Setting
We had 3 couples using the home. We had plenty of room for all of us. The big dining table was great for games every night as well as the meals we ate in. Everyone reported the beds to be very comfortable. My husband and I had the king bed which was very comfortable with a beautiful view of the lake. They had kept the pool on for our mid October stay but it wasn’t quite warm enough out for us to use it. The hot tub was nice. The view all around the house is so beautiful. It was a great place for a fun getaway as there are many wineries close by. It would be great for a family getaway in the summer with the deck space as well as pool and all the fun things around Lake Chelan to do.

Perfect Girl’s Getaway!
This home is not only gorgeous but it’s was so comfortable for 7 ladies taking a much needed escape. We lucked out by picking a week that had amazing weather. The pool and hot tub was such a bonus! You could tell that the owners take great pride in this home with all of the attention to little details. Kitchen and accessories were wonderful for us as we love to cook. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were immaculate. Another bonus was the cute town of Manson. We have Already picked dates for next year. ❤️

Stay at la via bella
It was a nice property and location. The only bad experience was the cleanliness inside of home. Some kitchen tools were not clean we had to wash most of the kitchen items. Towels didnt smell clean and 1 bathroom there was a towel just thrown in bathtub. Went to make coffee and there was still coffee grounds from previous guest. Our stay was great but hopefully for next stay housekeeping does better job in cleaning especially when we are paying a fee for cleaning services.

Manson home
Great location. Loved the pool. Could be cleaned better, some food remnants on deck and downstairs. Also no laundry soap and only a couple of garbage bags so we had to buy those.

A little disappointing
Just didn't quite deliver on what I expected for the price of this vacation rental. When I called about additional trash bags beyond the ones in the cans when we arrived, I was told we, the renters, were responsible. Also no additional toilet paper beyond the rolls in use on arrival. Seems pretty tacky for the price they're asking. The property and house are nice but the vibe is it's there to make money. Maybe too many bachelor/bachelorette parties have affected this rental. Signs throughout property explain how renter is responsible for damages. Pool had a scum build up toward the end and that was cleaned promptly, but without great communication. Beds and pillows not very comfortable (mix of very firm and very soft). Kitchen supplies left something to be desired (only a few wine glasses, no pint glasses, no tongs). Property management company silent on partial refund despite rental during COVID gathering restrictions after several inquiries.

Lots of space and very clean
Had a very good time here. The large yard, the pool, hot tub, and pool table were all very nice. I also enjoyed sitting on the deck while sipping on a nice cup of coffee. We also went up to echo ridge, about 20 minutes away, and hand some nice hikes in the solitude with some deer. Overall, very pleasant.
