Perfect location, close to Piazza Navona and Campo de’ Fiori, hence access to great restaurants. Clean room and comfortable bed. Owner was responsive and friendly.

4th floor but luckily there is elevator access.

일단 호스트분이 매우매우매우 친절합니다. 체크아웃 후에도 한참을 짐을 맡아주셨어요. 방안에서 체크인할때도ㅋㅋ 하나하나 다 알려주면서 친절하게 해줬습니다. 이탈리아 여행중에 숙박했던 호스트중엔 제일 친절했어요ㅋㅋ 위치는 나보나광장이 코앞에 있어요 판테온도 완전 가깝고 테르미니에서 버스타면 바로 숙소앞에 내려줘요 굿입니다. 단 지하철을 타실분은 좀 멀어요 지하철역이ㅋㅋ 근데 지하철 탈필요 없이 버스가 너무 가까이에 어디든 가서 그냥 버스타고 다니세요ㅋㅋ 룸컨디션도 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 늘 청소해주고 방도 넓고 좋아요 숙소 위치가 위치다 보니 치안이 괜찮은대신 시끄럽진 않을까 했는데 전혀! 밤엔 조용하니 잠잘때도 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 참고로 미니바에 물이 2병있는데 무료입니다ㅎㅎ 근데 물맛 이상해서 전 안마심ㅋㅋ 언젠가 다시 로마 오면 또 여기 묵고 싶을정도로 만족합니다 추천해요! 참고로 숙소앞에 무료입장 성당이 하나 있는데 산책겸 가보세요 너무 좋았습니다ㅎㅎ

Fantastic location, able to walk everywhere, but also very easy to get a taxi. We had the apartment with a sitting room, little kitchen and terrace. Everything was great and so simple to check in and communicate with the host, who was very accommodating.

This accommodation is in the perfect location - really central to all the main sites, and in an area with loads of restaurants and cafes right on your doorstep. As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe in the location. The room is a great size, the bed was super comfy and the amenities were great. The room was also really clean. The host was easy to communicate with and really helpful. The room was quiet as well, even though in a busy area, I couldn't hear any outside noise or traffic at night, and couldn't hear other guests in other rooms.

Location was great and easy to find. Walking distance to multiple destinations including the Pantheon, Colosseum, and Vatican (20 minute walk). It was also extremely safe/secure with multiple locked doors.

It was a bit small, but most places in Rome seem to be. It was good enough tho for two people. Bathroom/shower on the smaller side as well, but for price and location it was worth it.

Daniele was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and had a comfy bed! You are walking distance from major sites! Daniele also helped us arrange a private car to the airport which was helpful! Would definitely recommend booking the apartment!

Very good location all the main attractions a short walk away. Lots of restaurants close by plus the little supermarkets. Felt safe in the area walking around at night. We were able to level our bags in the room before check-in and start our exploring witch was a big help. Room was cleaned every day. Aircon worked really well thankfully as we had 34 & 35 deg days in our time there. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking at visiting Rome.

Great location and very friendly staff. Easy to get in contact with them to get into building and when leaving bags. Great room for a solo traveler or a couple.

Excellent location. Good check in process. Spacious room - clean and nicely decorated. When there was a power cut, this was swiftly resolved by the owner. The perfect place to base yourself for visiting the sights of Rome.

Everything. The bedroom was perfect. The hotel was well situated. We can visit all the main monuments on foot. Our host, Daniel, was always available and responsive. It was a great stay

We loved the location and the possibility to arrange transportation to and from airport even at late hours. The lift made our outings much easier. Daniel - the host - was very accommodating, and the housekeeping service was exceptionally efficient.

Everything was perfect. Super nice staff, quite place but in the center area, clean room. Made a good image of Roma.

Great location. Old building but still nice and cozy apartment

Last day we waked up at like 4 am since we had to be at the airport at 7 and the power was off. So no phones were charged and no air conditioning and the temperature was like 35 outside. We tried to call the owner but no answer.

Communication was a little difficult. Check in and out was all done over WhatsApp and there were a few unanswered questions. Host needed to be quicker with responses.
