Ganz tolle Lage, direkt an der Ski Piste. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet und der Wellness Bereich ist wirklich ein Traum. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist auch wunderbar!

1. Das Hotel ist extrem hellhörig - ohne Oropax ist es wirklich schwierig zu schlafen. Man hört jede Unterhaltung am Gang und jedes Geräusch über und unter den Zimmer. 2. Das Personal am Empfang ist außer einer Ausnahme wirklich nicht sonderlich freundlich und man musste alle relevanten Informationen vorab erfragen. Zumindest bei Ankunft wären ein paar nette Willkommensworte sehr schön.

Spa e piscina ottimo servizio, anche tavolo da biliardo e colazione. Ottima l’idea green, se non passano a pulire la camera si guadagna un drink. Rapporto qualità prezzo da rivedere, si paga eccessivamente per ciò che viene offerto.

La pulizia da migliorare, letto e tazze non ben puliti. I tablet a dotazione in camera non funzionanti.

Beautiful room in a great location! Good restaurant on site with spectacular views of the surrounding scenery. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again on future visits to the area!

Really stylish, modern hotel with great facilities. The swimming pool was gorgeous to relax in after walking and the added extras like the little ice lolly being brought around was a great touch. Breakfast was lovely and there was a good choice.

There being no air con did make the room warm and the sound proofing could definitely be better.

Great rooms with high standart furniture. Great SPA with good times for useage. Location perfect in the middle of the town.

Amazing hotel! The decor is gorgeous and practically brand new. It exceeded my expectations. The location and view of the mountains are also stunning. Rooms are big and beds very comfy. Great breakfast too. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

The only thing that let this hotel down was the lack of an iron. If you wanted clothes to be ironed the only option was to pay the hotel/ facilities £5 per garment which feels unfair when there’s no other option. People don’t tend to pack travel irons anymore.

Immaculate comfortable room, great breakfast selection, helpful staff, walk to everything, fun town and fabulous hikes.

The facilities are superb, rooms are new, the view from pool and sauna is breathtaking, stuff is kind and the food at the luis eatery restaurant exceeded our excpectations. And last but not least, they have a bike room where you can store your precious bike ;) They deserve additional star. ****

The mattresses and pillows were too soft and room are not soundproofed.

This is a beautiful place to stay in Selva. The hotel is impeccably designed, eco friendly and very comfortable (note no air conditioning during summer, we just left our door open for breeze). The staff are delightful and very attentive. We dined in on the two nights we stayed as the food and service was wonderful. The location is terrific (just 50m to gondola) and at the centre of town. Parking below is brilliant. The pool, steam room, sauna and spa area is simply divine. Nothing like sitting in a sauna or doing laps overlooking the alps! We would definitely stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends who are now staying mid July.

The only hiccup we had was our arrival. There was major bike race on that day and many roads (including the one Linder was located on) were closed. Unfortunately this wasn't communicated to us and we drove around in circles for over half an hour trying to access the property and our GPS not able to assist. In the end we parked and walked to the hotel to gain assistance. It would have been way less stressful if the team had sent us a message to forewarn us of access issues due to road closures so we could have known.

Very good swimming pool, steam room and sauna. The hotel even gives you a SPA bag which you can use. The breakfast is great, wide spread of selection and good quality (good views as well). The neighborhood is quite upscale and quiet yet the points of interest are just a short drive away (5-10mins)

This is a biker hotel, so for those that visits during summer and need to drive: the car park here is underground and the entrance, the ramp and the lot are super narrow (if you are driving SUV) Also the room is a bit small, we can barely fit 2 bags in the room.

Everything was outstanding!

This is a perfect hotel! We absolutely loved our stay and there is not one thing we can pick out that was bad. All was new and modern. Room was clean and functional. Enough space for our things. View from balcony was fairy tale. We could hear no sound from the hall or street. Underground parking was safe and bike room was equipped with all sorts of things you need for the service of your bike. Outside station to clean your bike was free and very helpful. Breakfast was exceptional. Everyone from the staff was nice and polite, willing to help us. Sky pool and spa was total paradise. Roof top terrace and sauna with view on the mountains. Really, we wish to come back very soon and spend more time here. Probably the best hotel we have been to.

Location is superb! Breakfast is ample, good selections of food and very fresh! The spa was a very nice addition after long hikes and riding. The staff were very accommodating, friendly and professional.

The hotel bills itself as a "Cycling Hotel". I expected informed bicycle staff, mechanics and guides and course descriptions with more detail than "easy", "medium" and "difficult". This hotel hires 3rd party bike rentals and guides. All they offer are mid-tier, Spez. e-mtn bikes. The bikes weigh approx. 30kg! I rented a beat up "Medium" bike and fortunately the rental included a multi-tool so I could make some minor fit adjustments myself. I was not offered a helmet and had to ask for one before leaving for the day. Day 1 was great; half-day guided tour with flowey double and single track, reasonable descents and some assisted climbs. A great application for a heavy, cumbersome, mid-tier bike. Day 2 was a different story.....I requested another 1/2 day ride and was told all that was available was a full "difficult" day. I told the staff that endurance is not a problem but that I did not want to do substantial downhill with this type of bike as it is clumsy and unwieldy when navigating twisty single track. I was told that it would be "great" and is a very popular e-bike route. Once underway, my 3rd party guide informed me that this ride would require a day-pass for the gondolas around Val Gardena. As we ascended on the lift, I noticed that everybody onboard was using high end full suspension bikes and wearing full protective gear; elbow, knee and chest pads as well as full face helmets. My clunker was the only e-bike on the gondola and I quickly realized that I was poorly equipped for this adventure. The next 9 hours were a mixture of bliss and terror. I consider myself a decent rider, (roadie, mtn. and gravel) and have been riding for the majority of my life both competitively and for fun. High end bicycles are my hobby and passion BUT descending over 16,000' on a clunky "POS" is not fun and this adventure could have ended quite badly.
