We had a wonderful beach vacation at Island Sands. The condo is exactly as described in the listing. It’s nicely updated and has everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation. It’s super close to all the IRB restaurants, which was great. There is some road noise that can be heard in the primary bedroom, but overall not a big deal. The walk to the beach from the pool area is short and there were some beach chairs/toys for the kids provided. Overall, a great unit.

Absolutely perfect property! Well stocked with all items needed for cooking & relaxing! There wasn’t a thing that we needed that they didn’t provide. Views from the covered balcony were amazing and this is the perfect place to recharge your batteries! Facilities were clean and the walkout the beach was easy breezy! Highly recommend and we will be back!

My wife and I have been vacationing in the IRB/Indian Rocks Beach area for years, and this condo at Island Sands checks all the boxes: immaculate and well decorated, awesome location, and a million dollar gulf/beach view from a larger than normal balcony. We’ll be looking at our calendar when we get back to Ohio and booking a return trip in 2024!

It’s our beach oasis!We usually stay for a week in May to celebrate our wedding anniversary but had to postpone our trip to September. We definitely needed to rest and relax as it’s been a year. We saw manatees, dolphins, seahorse and kinds of fish! The location is convenient to restaurants and the grocery store.We will be back in May for sure!!

The condo location, amenities, and décor surpass many other beach rentals up and down the Gulf of Mexico. This has been one of the most memorable vacations I've had in many years and look forward to returning.

My wife and I have been vacationing gulf side for over 30 years. We love IRB and Island Sands 204. Climbing to the second floor is a small price to pay for a geogeous view. Close proximity to a public access to the beach is a bit of a drawback, but on the other hand it can provide some unusual entertainment. Everything within walking distance. All in all, a wonderful vacation, again. We will be back!

My wife and I wanted to have a spontaneous trip to the Tampa area. We found this on VRBO and it was absolutely amazing! The condo was absolutely beautiful and the location was amazing. Walk to several local restaurants, and just steps away from the beach. We can not wait to come back.

Wonderful condo on a spectacular beach. The condo was perfect. Clean, seemed newly renovated. So comfortable and well appointed. Everything we needed. Loved the amazing view of the beach and being right on the beach. Easy drives to area attractions in St. Pete and Clearwater. Highly recommend.

We've stayed here several times. Love the unit, love the location, love the beach. Very convenient to a lot of restaurants if you want to go out, has a grill if you want to cook in. Nice pool area too. Will definitely stay here again. :-)

Extremely clean, well stock, wonderful view, quiet part of beach. Furniture needs an update. Sofa gets a 1 star rating. The good definitely out weights the bad.

We loved this property. Very clean, in a great area near lots of restaurants. It is close to other areas like Clearwater and John's Pass. We prefer beach areas that are not as crowded and busy and this was just perfect. We had a great week and would stay here again.

This property is amazing and has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. This was our first time at Indian Rocks Beach, and it definitely won't be the last. Many times, when you rent a condo, you come to a completely bare condo with nothing. That is not the case for this one!! You have everything you need to get your beach vacation started. The condo is beautifully decorated and VERY clean. Watching the dolphins from the balcony was one of my favorite things to do. The walk from the condo to the beach is one of the shortest walks that I've ever had. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you so much!

This condo is spotlessly clean with big beautifully decorated rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. To be honest, our family had never heard of Indian Rocks Beach (we thought we were staying in Clearwater!) but, after our stay, we are so glad we mistakenly found this place! Quiet, family-oriented beach but close to the "action" if you choose. Couldn't recommend this property highly enough!

Everything provided is what is needed for the perfect beach vacation. Let’s start with the updated beachy decor, well equipped kitchen and comfy king bed. The view of the beach from the balcony allows for dolphin and bird watching. Nothing better than ending the day watching the sunset while enjoying a class of wine on the balcony.

The condo is conveniently located and is in walking distance to several restaurants and a CVS. We love this condo so much that we booked it again for next year!
