This place is awome, nice bay, not too much crowded The team is very kind, always try to make your journey as nice as possible The food was good A nice place to have a rest, in family.

View was good and surroundings were calm

Lack of facilities in the room. No AC, no 24×7 hot water. For the money we paid we were also expecting a mini bar or at least a kettle in the room. Except for the view, facilities in the room were disappointing

It is off the beaten track and after the hussle and bustle of India city life it was the contrast we craved. The rooms were eclectic and charming, the view was beautiful, the staff attentive and friendly and the food plentiful and delicious.

It is difficult to think of anything to criticise about the resort. It is a shame that the rather shabby looking shacks on the beach, used by the kayak/canoe operators, spoil the views from the balconies. We obviously understand these are not under the resort's control but maybe they could be persuaded to tidy them up a little.

Excellent location, had both the views of lagoon and sea. Terrific combination with big patio and the cottage opening from all three sides of glass door. Staff and manager, both are very friendly and welcoming. Totally worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone staying in south Goa specially in Cola beach.

Price was a bit on the higher side and couldn't find a dryer. Apart from these, it's a wonderful stay.

Noise of the surf with open window gets too loud for some light sleepers. Selection of non-spicy food is limited.

very lovely rooms with a breathtaking view and a super friendly staff, that even took care of our baby occasionally, which was awesome to have a relaxed meal.

the location is remote which makes it very appealing, total disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff is friendly and warm.

The location and the view is absolutely amazing. Its very peaceful and close to nature. The facilities are okay but not comparable to other hotels in this price range. The staff is friendly and helpful.
