We love Kiawah Island and this house is our new favorite. The home is clean, beautifully decorated and has everything you need without additional clutter. As soon as we walked in we could relax and enjoy our vacation. We would definitely recommend staying in this home!

The house is very nice. The Wi-Fi is terrible. I had better Wi-Fi in the bush of Africa. Not kidding. The dishwasher is falling out of the wall but otherwise very nice.

Great location and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen could use a review of items. It lacked a can opener, bottle opener, spatula, tupperware/storage containers, and spoons to mix things. There were only 8 large plates yet the place can sleep 10 people. Also the deck has a lot of debris that falls on it. You couldn't sit outside without something landing on you. It would have been nice to have a broom so that we could sweep it so we could walk on it with bare feet.

We rented this house for a family vacation, and it was a great experience! The house was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The porch wrapping around the house was wonderful, we used it every day- even in the rain! Great location with a quick walk to the beach!
A few things to note for future renters: The stairs to enter the house are quite steep and there is no elevator access. We had several large suitcases and a few older guests so the steps were challenging at times. Second, while the pool/hot tub is lovely, due to the tree coverage the area does not really get much sun so if you are hoping to lay by the pool for a tan, you will want to head to the beach!

This place is first class. Immediately clear that this home has recent updates and upgrades including the furniture, elevator and resurfaced, second story pool. Watching golf in the backyard or a 2 minute bike ride to the beach, the location was perfect. Easily handled two families. Highly recommend.

It was a great house and we had a great stay! Unfortunately needed essentials that you would expect are lacking, kitchen utensils and cookware definitely need to be updated.

1) The HVAC system needs work on the unit that cools the kitchen. Someone came out and it cooled off for one night, but it stayed at 80 degrees. 2) detailed instructions on what/where to put the trashcans for collection needs to be added to notebook in house.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It's on a quiet street and a very short walk to the beach. We had a question about checking in on Saturday, and the staff was quick to answer the phone and help us out. We hope to stay in this home again next summer!
