This was a perfect place for 3 people. Very close to Vail and Beavercreek mountains. The host was very hospitable and communicated aptly throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

The Cozy Ski Cabin exceeded our expectations. It is a warm and comfortable cabin. Upon arrival, we appreciated the welcoming fire in the propane wood stove which is on a thermostat. The cabin located near great restaurants and a bus stop that provides easy access to Vail. We really enjoyed Rocky Mt. Taco (one block down) and the Thai restaurant (5 min. walk). The cabin is stocked with all of the essentials for cooking meals including staples like salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. The washer/dryer are like new and very quiet. Everything was high quality, and the owner is super responsive. Minturn is a picturesque little town that gives you the old Colorado feel. Highly recommend this place!

My family of 4 stayed for a week to ski at Ski Cooper and visit family nearby. The cabin was very well appointed, comfortable, and convenient. We walked to local restaurants and drove to Cooper and Vail. The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing week. Robin met us to show us around the house at check-in and was very responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. Great place!

Robin's home is something special, just as she is. We were lucky enough to stay at her adorable and very well kept cabin in the mountains. The location is perfect as it's close to everything, yet far enough away you can feel like you're not staying in a resort area - because you're not, Minturn is vastly different than Vail or even the more strip mall oriented Avon. It 100% feels like the small town it is, and in the best way possible. Already feels like we made friends with everyone in town. Robin has thought about all the basics, and the extras too. Tons of TP and paper towel? Of course. Loads of hooks for all your jackets? Duh. Each outlet has an adapter that expands cords you can use and even USB slots? You know it. All the necessary food items to cook with? 💯 Clean? Just like a diamond, sparkling. And the decor / household items are adorable and functional at the same time. Really, can't say enough positive things about our stay. Hope to come back whether it's winter, summer or whatever season. PS Yes, you can hang out in the gondola (even in winter, there's a plug-in heater).

If you love the mountains like I do you will love everything about this place. Felt right at home. Decor for mountain cabin perfect. Most well stocked rental I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. Robin said “make yourself at home, what is mine is yours during your stay” and she totally means that. Perfect location can walk to anywhere in Minturn. Beds very comfortable. Robin treats you like a well known friend. Hope to visit again soon. Love It, love It , love it.

Minturn has some great hiking, funky restaurants, bars and shops and is an easy bike ride into Vail. What a fun spot!

This cabin was absolutely lovely and so comfortable. It is outfitted with everything one might need and decorated in a uniquely western way that still brings a smile to my face thinking of it. Its in the center of Minturn. Such a cute town with some great restaurants we took advantage of. Robin, the owner, is a great host and made lots of good recommendations for us to try. It was a most welcome break for us. It was a plus to be able to take our dog along. I felt very safe there in this time of COVID and can’t wait to go back when everything is allowed to be open to full capacity.

Our family of 4 (plus small dog) drove up to Minturn for the week of Thanksgiving. We are from Austin Texas and our young boys (8 and 11) wanted to see snow. Since we have been laying low and virtual schooling from home, we decided we needed a break from Austin and headed to Colorado to see snow and enjoy the Rockies. Robin (owner) was super helpful in her suggestions letting up to our stay. We decided not to ski this time, however if you are going to ski, the cabin is centrally located to Vail and Beaver Creek and not far to several others. It pretty much snowed some every other day and our boys enjoyed sledding on the local hill several days during our stay. We also ventured to Glenwood Springs to soak in the mineral hot springs. The hot springs were so nice and relaxing. The drive to and from was also beautiful. It was always nice to come back to the cabin, warm up, drink hot chocolate by the fire every late afternoon after a busy day out. We either made all our meals in the cabin or ordered carry out from several of the yummy dining options in Minturn. We enjoyed picking up food from Thai Kitchen and Rocky Mountain Taco. We did have our Thanksgiving meal at the Sonnenalp Hotel and it was amazing! The cabin was the perfect fit for our family of four with 2 young boys and small dog. The kitchen was outfitted with anything you might need to cook (and then some). It was a bit too cold to sit in the backyard to enjoy all that it has to offer during our Thanksgiving stay, but it just makes us want to return in the summer or early fall to take advantage of the cabin's outdoor space. Our dog enjoyed running around in the backyard and chase snowballs. The cabin is decorated so cute, yet was super comfy! We ate all of our meals around the large kitchen island and had plenty of room the spread out. We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cabin and look forward to return again. We loved our stay at this lovely cabin. The owner has done an incredible job of updating the property with all of the modern amenities you might want (great kitchen, washer/dryer, internet, satellite TV, spacious bathroom) without losing any of the charm of the original structure. Add onto this TWO separate outdoor entertaining areas (one fenced-in as this is a pet-friendly VRBO), and you have a winning combination! Minturn is also a great retreat from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding ski towns (Avon, Beaver Creek, Vail are all only 10 minutes away), with a great mountain-town charm and great walkable restaurants & bars. We will be back for sure!

Nice place to stay in Minturn

We really enjoyed our stay in Robins cabin! It was perfectly situated and very cozy. We loved all the eclectic decorations! Robin was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Would absolutely stay again.

We skied at Vail which is a short drive and enjoyed walking to Minturn for shopping and eating. The cabin is as cozy as it looks and the outside grill cooks up fine burgers even on a snowy night. Thank you Robin! Best of all was skiing from Vail to the Minturn Tavern on the Minturn Mile (which is actually 3.5 miles).

This is my 4th trip to your lovely cabin and again, very hard to leave this mountain hideaway. Cabin is perfectly appointed and very guest friendly. We love the welcome fondue and wine that is waiting for us when we arrive, and amazed how convenient Minturn is to everything including skiing Vail and BC! We enjoy all the extras that are included for cabin guests, and feel like it is our own personal vacation home! We look forward to our next stay, and will be in touch to book very soon!

It was a real treat to stay at this cozy little cabin. It is right in the heart of Minturn and is close to Vail, Beaver Creek and the Ski Cooper area. It was very comfortable and relaxing. My husband and I are looking forward to our next stay.

This cabin was the perfect place to relax and was very comfortable. My husband and I were impressed by how quiet and private it was for being on Main Street which allowed us to walk everywhere. We can't wait to plan our next stay.

Wow!! Just returned from a ski trip with my 23 yr old son and his buddy. The Minturn cabin was perfect for 3 guys - great location to ski different slopes, quick access to local restaurants and I-70, comfortable / private sleeping spaces for all 3, well equipped kitchen for those fatigued "stay at home" nights and a great price to fit the budget. And fantastic snow was, of coarse, guaranteed!! Thanks Robin....
